★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't mind with the kost because i don't live there. It seems a good kost but if you plan to live nearby, i just wanna share the noise in this area at 3.30 am to 5.30am may not suite you
Especially if you have to work from home and have meeting at specific time, it might be too noisy for you.
I always woke up at this time before move.
Hope it helps you to consider when choose place to rest.
The park lot quite big for motorcycle but i think you may not bring car.
