Mbak penjaga kos selalu membersihkan area bersama kos setiap hari, jika ada problem terkait maintenance di masing2 kamar, pasti akan segera ditindak lanjuti. Kos jg menyediakan jasa cuci buat penghuni kos.
Ada area parkir mobil dan motor, lokasi strategis (dekat pintu gerbang perum pondok jaya & taman jajan pondok jaya), dekat mall, alfamart, indomaret, di depan kos ada taman. Harga kamar (di masa pandemi) juga masuk akal banget. Pengalaman yg baik bisa ngekos di sini.

The boarding house keeper always cleans the area with the boarding house every day, if there is a problem related to maintenance in each room, it will be followed up immediately. Kos also provides washing services for boarding house residents.
There is a car and motorbike parking area, strategic location (near the gate of Pondok Jaya Perum & Pondok Jaya Snack Garden), near malls, Alfamart, Indomaret, in front of the boarding house there is a garden. Room rates (during the pandemic) are also very reasonable. It's a good experience to stay here.
