★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya luas di cluster Regentown, dan parkirnya juga mudah. Saya ga nge-kos, tapi lebih memakai coin laundry yg self-service tiap minggu. Tempat nunggu laundry juga luas dan ada TV-nya. 1 coin: 4k dan utk 2 org utk sekitar 2-3 kg, memakai 2 mesin cuci dan 2 mesin pengering, total ada 12 coin. 3 coin/per 1 mesin cuci dan 3 coin berikutnya utk mesin pengering. Waktu selesai bisa se-jam-an, tergantung seberapa kering maunya. Aku suka lebih kering (jadi lebih lama) jadi pas baju2 masuk mesin pengering, aku stop di menit 12 dan inside-out baju2 dan clana2, lalu lanjut sampai selesai (yes, bisa di-pause mesin pengeringnya which is very flexible buatku). Baju dalam/lingerie, mesti di dlm tas cuci, atau recommended cuci tangan sendiri di rmh. Pas nunggu cucian, bs pesen grabfood/gofood, jd skalian makan siang/snack pas sore.
The place is spacious in the Regentown cluster, and parking is also easy. I don't board, but rather use a self-service coin laundry every week. The place to wait for laundry is also spacious and has a TV. 1 coin: 4k and for 2 people for about 2-3 kg, using 2 washing machines and 2 drying machines, a total of 12 coins. 3 coins / per 1 washing machine and the next 3 coins for the dryer. The finish time can be as little as an hour, depending on how dry you want it to be. I like it drier (it takes longer) so when my clothes go to the dryer, I stop at 12 minutes and put my clothes and clothes inside-out, then continue until it's finished (yes, you can pause the dryer which is very flexible for me). Underwear / lingerie, must be in a washing bag, or it is recommended to wash your hands yourself at home. When waiting for laundry, can order grabfood / gofood, so also have lunch / snack in the afternoon.

Secara fisik bangunan juga kualitas dan desain nya beda dgn kosan pada umumnya.
Ada laundry coin sendiri pula, jadi mau nyuci nggak usah kemana2. Kalau bosen di kamar jg ada lounge nya utk nongkrong2.
Mau pesen makanan pake ojol jg lokasi nya gampang bgt gak bakal salah kirim, secara gedung nya aja uda beda sendiri.

Physically, the quality and design of the building are different from other boarding houses in general.
There is also a laundry coin, so you don't have to go anywhere to wash it. If you are bored in the room, there is also a lounge for hanging out.
If you want to order food using ojol, the location is really easy, you won't send it wrong, the building itself is different.
