★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya tinggal disini selama 3 tahun masa kuliah S1 saya di IPB. Kost Sinabung ini memiliki fasilitas yang cukup bagus, keamanan yang sangat terjamin, dan tim kebersihan yang cukup baik. Harga memang terbilang mahal, namun mengingat fasilitas, keamanan, dan kebersihan, serta jarak yang sangat dekat ke kampus, menurut saya ini sebanding.
 I lived here for 3 years of my undergraduate study at IPB. Sinabung Boarding House has pretty good facilities, guaranteed security, and a reasonably good cleaning team. The price is fairly expensive, but considering the facilities, security, and cleanliness, as well as the very short distance to campus, in my opinion it's comparable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kosan ter enak sih ini, fasilitas lengkap ada wifi, penjaga 24/7, ada bibi yg suka bersih2 juga. Kalo mati lampu juga ada genset jadi lampu kamar tetep nyala
This is the most delicious boarding house, complete facilities there is wifi, 24/7 guard, there are aunts who like to clean too. If the lights go out there is also a generator so the room lights are still on

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kostnya ada beberapa gedung. Setiap gedung ada sekitar 20 kamar. Ada fasilitas kamar mandi dalam, dapur umum, kulkas, tempat jemuran, parkir, ruang tv/bertemu, ada penjaganya juga.
Fasilitas kamar: lemari, meja belajar+kursi, km dalam, ranjang.
The boarding house has several buildings. Each building has about 20 rooms. There are private bathroom facilities, communal kitchen, refrigerator, clothesline, parking, tv/meeting room, there are guards too.
Room facilities: wardrobe, study table + chairs, km in, bed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kosnya bersih, harga termasuk standar dan cenderung udah murah untuk ukuran bogor, ada kamar mandi dalam, ada penjaga di gerbang yang ramah, ada yg ac dan non ac, ada dapur, ruang tamu, sirkulasi udara kamar baik, ada kulkas, jual isi ulang air galon, jemuran dan parkiran luas. Top deh. Adminnya juga responsif. Wifinya sayang agak mengadat, tapi katanya udah mau ditingkatkan lagi. Tp gak selalu ngadat sih, kalo lagi lancar, bebas hambatan. Harga pertahun lebih murah
