★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jujur kecewa banget dengan kos ini. Pake peraturan tamu nginep per orang harus bayar 30rb. Tidak ada ngasih keringanan. Manusia emang bisa hidup tanpa punya teman? Anti sosial namanya. Jika max 3 hari di charge masih ok. Ini per hari. Ga akan ada yg betah kalau ada peraturan begini. Mungkin manusia anti sosial ok2 aja. Tapi saya kecewa bangettt. Yang jelas ga akan ada yang betah dikos ini dengan peraturan yg sangat tidak wajar.
 Honestly very disappointed with this cost. Using the rules, guests staying per person must pay 30 thousand. There is no waiver. Can humans live without friends? Anti-social name. If the max 3 days is charged it's still ok. This is per day. No one will feel at home if there are rules like this. Maybe anti-social people are okay. But I'm very disappointed. What is clear is that no one will feel at home in this boarding house with very unreasonable regulations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perihal tamu penghuni kos nginep. Tolong dikasih keringanan. 1-2 hari free gitu, jangan begitu nginap langsung dikenain biaya 30rb per orang per malam. Jujur peraturan itu sangat bikin nyesek didada. Namanya jg tamu, bisa saudara , sahabat atau teman kerja. Kecuali pihak kos ngasih fasilitas untuk tamu seperti kasur cadangan. Ini kena charge perkara air semata. Sangat tidak manusiawi.
Regarding the boarding house guests. Please give relief. 1-2 days are free, don't stay overnight, you will be charged 30 thousand per person per night. Honestly, the rules are very annoying. His name is also a guest, it can be a relative, friend or coworker. Unless the boarding house provides facilities for guests such as a spare bed. This is only charged with water. Very inhumane.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barusan tinggal di sini akhir Feb 2022. Pas masuk ke kamar, first impression ku seneng banget. Kamarnya luas. Kasurnya empuk. Lemari luas.
Aku pakai kamar buat pasutri. Bisa bayar bulanan. Akses ke tempat publik sangat strategis karena benar2 di dekat jalan raya jatiwaringin.
Sangat memuaskan.
Just stayed here at the end of Feb 2022. When I entered the room, my first impression was really happy. The room is spacious. The mattress is soft. Spacious wardrobe.
I use the room for the couple. Can pay monthly. Access to public places is very strategic because it is really near the Jatiwaringin highway.
Very satisfactory.
