Cozy and comfortable boarding house. Like it because it's clean, free but orderly. The landlady is friendly too. For that price, it's quite worth it to get a clean-up room like here. Topp

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 tahun ngekos disini tahun 2014-2017. Nyaman banget. Isi kamar 40 tapi bener2 sunyi, jadi tetep bisa fokus untuk belajar. Ayo ayo ngekos disini. Dijamin bersih, rapih, fasilitas nyaman, ibu kos juga ramaaahhhhhhh banget❤️ suatu saat kalo ada waktu & rejeki lebih pengen nostalgia kesini. Aaamiiin❤️
3 years ngekos here in 2014-2017. Very comfortable. Fill room 40 but it's really quiet, so still can focus on learning. Come on, let's go here. Guaranteed to be clean, tidy, comfortable facilities, boarding house moms are also very busy ... one day if there is time & fortune, more want nostalgia here. Aaamiiin❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Secara lokasi, kos ini berjarak kurang lebih 1 km dari UII, 50 m dari masjid, dan memiliki akses mudah ke:
Warung makan (Soto Hollywood, somay, Rumini, bakso dan mie ayam, dll), Alfamart (sekitar 200 m), fotocopy dan galon (sebelah kanan kos), laundry (sebelah kiri kos), toko sayuran (lokal 100m, Ijo Royo"), dan lain".
Tempat ini memang disetting dari awal sebagai bangunan kos (bukan rumah), dengan 40 kamar pada 2 lantai. Pada tiap lantai terdapat 6 kamar mandi dan 1 dapur. Terdapat 2 lokasi jemuran baju, namun tidak dengan tempat mencuci (sehingga mencuci baju dapat dilakukan di kamar mandi).
Kamar kos berbentuk persegi (3x3) dengan isi kasur dan lemari. Dan hanya diizinkan 1 orang per kamar (biaya orang lain menginap dikenai biaya tambahan per malam 15.000).
Harga kos (pembayaran minimal per 3 bulan), untuk tahun 2019-2020 adalah 400.000/bulan (sudah termasuk listrik, air, wifi-> namun kecepatan wifi lambat). Dan bila membawa rice-cooker dan/atau dispenser dikenai biaya tambahan 15.000 per aitem.
Hanya tersedia parkir motor (yg memang dicukupkan untuk kisaran 40-50 motor) pada lorong kos lt 1.
Sampai saat ini tidak ada jam malam (kunci dibawa masing" penghuni kos), dan DILARANG membawa masuk teman laki" (disediakan ruang tamu di teras), kecuali pihak keluarga yg berkunjung (dengan sebelumnya izin terlebih dahulu pada pemilik kos).
Terdapat ibu dan anak perempuan pemilik kos yg tinggal disini, sehingga kondisi kos terpantau. Selain itu, terdapat ibu yg membersihkan lorong kos, kamar mandi, dapur, dan teras sehingga keBERSIHan kos terjaga dengan baik.

Location wise, this boarding house is approximately 1 km from UII, 50 m from the mosque, and has easy access to:
Food stalls (Soto Hollywood, somay, Rumini, meatballs and chicken noodles, etc.), Alfamart (about 200 m), photocopies and gallons (right side of boarding house), laundry (left side of boarding), vegetable shop (local 100m, Ijo Royo " ), and other".
This place was originally set up as a boarding house (not a house), with 40 rooms on 2 floors. On each floor there are 6 bathrooms and 1 kitchen. There are 2 clothesline locations, but no washing area (so washing clothes can be done in the bathroom).
Square (3x3) boarding room with mattress and wardrobe contents. And only 1 person per room is permitted (the cost of other people staying an extra 15,000 per night is charged).
Boarding price (minimum payment per 3 months), for 2019-2020 is 400,000 / month (including electricity, water, wifi-> but wifi speed is slow). And if you bring a rice cooker and / or dispenser an additional charge of 15,000 per item.
Only available motorbike parking (which is sufficient for the range of 40-50 motorbikes) on the 1st floor hallway.
Until now there is no curfew (keys are taken by each "boarding house occupant), and it is PROHIBITED to bring in male friends" (provided living room on the terrace), except the visiting family (with prior permission from the boarding house owner).
There are mother and daughter boarding house owners who live here, so the boarding conditions are monitored. In addition, there are mothers who clean the boarding hall, bathroom, kitchen, and terrace so that the CLEAN boarding house is well maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat menyukai tempat ini. Bersih rapi nyaman dan ruangannya adem berasa spt di rumah sndr akses ke minimarket,ke penjual sayur, warung makan, pom bensin dll mudah. Tdk jauh dari jalan raya hanya butuh 5 mnt sj. Cari jasa angku ataupun jual galon jg sangat dkt. Rekomended buat kalian anak kos
Love this place so much. Clean tidy comfortable and cool room feels like at home, access to minimarkets, to vegetable sellers, food stalls, gas stations etc. is easy. Not far from the highway it only takes 5 min. Looking for angku services or selling gallons is also very close. Recommended for you boarding children
