★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasinya sangat dekat dengan Unires Putri UMY dan kampus UMY di Bantul. Terdapat belasan kamar yang mampu menampung sampai dengan 14 orang. Setiap yang kost disini bisa berinternet free karena sudah menyatu dengan sewa kost. Untuk yang jenuh dan memerlukan hiburan, juga tersedia ruang tamu yang dilengkapi perangkat televisi. Sewa kostnya juga sangat bersahabat dan pas dengan ukuran kantong pelajar. Tersedia lahan parkir yang cukup untuk sepeda motor para penghuni kost dan meski berada diluar tapi tetap aman, karena kendaraan roda empat tidak bisa masuk ke lokasi kost. Bagi yang suka masak juga disediakan perlengkapan dapur dengan kamar mandi terpisah dari ruang tidur. Menginap disini layaknya seperti menginap di rumah sendiri karena keramahtamahan pemilik kost.
The location is very close to the UMY Women's Unires and the UMY campus in Bantul. There are dozens of rooms that can accommodate up to 14 people. Every boarding house here can surf free because it is integrated with the boarding rental. For those who are bored and need entertainment, there is also a living room equipped with a television set. Rent a boarding house is also very friendly and fits the size of a student's pocket. Ample parking is available for motorbikes of the occupants of the boarding house and even though it is outside but still safe, because four-wheeled vehicles cannot enter the boarding location. For those who like to cook also provided kitchen equipment with a separate bathroom from the bedroom. Staying here is like staying in your own home because of the hospitality of the boarding house owner.
