★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nyaman, dekat masjid, ibu kosnya baik bangett, pokoknya juara, ada makanan deliverynya dan murah2 makanannya, lingkungannya ramah, gampang nyari makanan + deket tempat laundry + ada parkirannya + lokasi strategis + kamar mandi dalam + murah

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kost khusus bagi karyawati/ mahasiswi di daerah petukangan.. jalan akses yang mudah , dekat dengan, halte transjakarta adam malik, kampus budiluhur, rumah sakit aminah, mushola, dekat dengan jalan utama ciledug raya.
Kost yang memberikan ketenangan dan kebersihan yang baik. Harga sangat cocok sekali untuk pekerja dan mahasiswi.. terbilang murah untuk daerah petukangan dg fasilitas yang baik.
Terdapat gazebo untuk bertamu, kamar mandi dalam, tempat parkir, jemuran, tempat cuci. Jemuran berada d lantai dua terlindung dg atap.. jadi tidak perlu hawatir akan hujan. Banyak tempat makan di sekitar, laundry, counter HP, dll.
Special boarding house for female / female students in the area of petukangan ... easy access road, close to, adam malik transjakarta shelter, budiluhur campus, aminah hospital, small mosque, close to the main road ciledug raya.
A boarding house that provides calm and good hygiene. The price is very suitable for workers and students ... relatively cheap for the carpentry area with good facilities.
There is a gazebo to visit, private bathroom, parking area, clothesline, washing place. The clothesline is on the second floor protected by a roof ... so you don't need to worry about rain. Many places to eat around, laundry, HP counter, etc.

Mother boarding is very good ... Boarding is clean + safe ... Continue to be close with religious services, laundry, parking + food stalls, there are food items that are friendly and cheap, right?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sejujurnya kecewa dengan kostan ini. Saya sebelum pindah tanya sama ibu kostnya apakah amar sudah dibersihkan sebelum saya masuk atau saya harus bersihkan sendiri?
Ibu kost bilang sudah dibersihkan tapi ketika saya masuk kamar saya masih kotor. lantai masih berdebu dan ada gumpalan rambut. kasur jg kasur busa yg saya gak tau pernah di jemur apa engga. sepertinya asal langsung direbahin aja kasurnya tanpa sebelumnya dibersihkan lantai dan kasurnya. tidak ada bantal dgn alasan menumpuk barang digudang klo ganti bantal baru terus,
kamar mandi juga asih kotor bgt. saya gak yakin kamar mandi di bersihkan. sepertinya cuma di cek airnya ngalir apa engga. ada gumpalan rambut dan pecahan gelas. untung saya tidak luka. klo emg blm bisa di bersihkan ya bilang aja biar saya bersihkan sendiri,
Masjid ada di sebelah rumah, klo ada pengumuman suara maksimal bgt jd suka kaget. sebelum adzan jg openingnya lama bgt bisa 30 menit sendiri. saya jd agak sulit istirahat.
Honestly disappointed with this boarding house. Before I moved, I asked my boarding mother if I had already cleaned up before I entered or should I clean it myself?
The boarding house said it had been cleaned but when I entered the room I was still dirty. the floor was still dusty and there was a lump of hair. the mattress is not a foam mattress that I don't know what it has never dried up. it seems the origin of the bed was directly destroyed without the floor and mattress being cleaned. there is no pillow with the reason to accumulate goods in warehouse if the new pillow keeps changing,
the bathroom is also dirty dirty. I don't believe the bathroom is cleaned. it looks like it's just checking the water or not. there are lumps of hair and broken glass. fortunately I am not injured. if you can't clean it, just say it so I can clean it myself,
The mosque is next to the house, if there is an announcement of a maximum voice, if you like to be surprised. before the opening call for prayer, it could take 30 minutes for a long time. I was a bit difficult to rest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waktu pertama survey liat kamar, katanya kamar masih ada orangnya dan dikunci, jd liat kamar sebelahnya. kamar yg dilihat lumayan bersih ada kasur busa tipis banget, lemari, dan kamar mandi dalam yg kecil.
Pas hari H pindah, lantai masih kotor berdebu, enggak dpt lemari, tp dpt meja yg bawahnya ada lacinya, gede bgt, kamar penuh sama meja itu. Dan mejanya banyak bribiknya. Udah protes, tp katanya enggak ada stok lemari lagi. Kamar mandi kotorannya smp mengerak hitam, susah dibersihin. Airnya jg kotor, mungkin gara² ini. Kasurnya tipis dan apek. Enggak dapat sapu+ember+gayung+bantal.
Katanya abis ada yg nempatin dan katanya jg bakal dibersihin dulu, tp kok masih kotor banget.
Kebetulan dpt kamar paling depan sendiri, jd sebelahan sama masjid, tp apesnya, ada toa 4 biji di atas kamar persis. Dan akhirnya cuma bertahan sebulan.
