Info for ojol who is having trouble finding his address, because as of this writing there is no sign board board name. The location is in the alley Cendrawasih IV stuck at the very end. The house has 2 floors of green paint. I hope this helps

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pemilik kos yang ramah. Lingkungan sekitar yang adem dan gak bising. Mungkin cuma yang pada kos yang berisik wkwk. Kos ini ada 3 lantai. Lantai pertama ada dapur dan parkiran. Lantai 2 juga ada dapur sama kulkas bersama + tempat jemuran juga (kek semacam balkon gitu). Kalo yang lantai 3 blm tau, karna gapernah naik kesana. Fasilitas kos isian kasur bantal guling meja & lemari. Kamar mandi dalam yang enggak terlalu besar, tapi cukup. Mungkin bakal sedikit riweh kalo nyuci baju didalem kamar mandi karna enggak terlalu luas. Fasilitas wifi yang kenceng. Daaan ada tempat rak speatu besi bagi yang beruntung
Friendly boarding owner. The surrounding environment is cool and not noisy. Maybe only the ones at the boarding house are noisy. This boarding house has 3 floors. The first floor has a kitchen and a parking lot. On the 2nd floor there is also a kitchen with a shared refrigerator + a clothesline too (like a balcony). I don't know the 3rd floor, because I never went up there. Boarding facilities, mattress, pillow, bolster, table & cupboard. The bathroom is not too big, but enough. Maybe it will be a little bit riotous if you wash your clothes in the bathroom because it's not too spacious. Fast wifi facilities. There is a steel shelf for the lucky ones
