★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kost terbaik yang pernah ditinggalin. asli! dulu kost disini di kamar yang banyak orang pikirnya tinggal di apartment, dapet fasilitas tv,kamar mandi dalem (shower & closet duduk pula), meja belajar, meja rias, lemari, sampe pajangan pun ada! dapet sepre & sarung bantal guling, keset, tempat sampah, ember gayung kamar mandi juga. tinggal bawa diri juga langsung nyaman disini. penjagaannya mashaAllah terjaga bgt karena penjaganya 24jam selalu ada dan mudah buat di tlp ( waktu itu ceritanya lg puasa dan keluar tengah malam utk beli makanan sahur ditungguin sama penjaganya karna kost ini dikunci kalau sudah tengah malam ) ada cctv nya jadi bisa terpantau langsung juga, dapet ruang tamu bersama kalau mau ada teman lawan jenis (cowok) yang dtg dan mau kerja kelompok atau berkunjung, ruang tamu nya juga ada tv dengan parabola nya juga. dapet kulkas bersama, dapur bersama, kulkas bersama. ada tempat buat cuci baju & jemur juga, parkirannua juga lumayan luas utk parkir lobil / motor. ada juga dispenser di setiap lantai. ini honest review bgt karena ngalamin sendiri kost disitu. kamar disana beragam harganya tergantung fasilitas yang didapat misal ada yg pake ac & tidak pake ac, atau ada yang toiletnya lebih besar, jadi bisa langsung di cek aja ke tempat. utk mahasiswa pasti seneng bgt karna gausah bayar listrik, air & wifi! karna semuanya udh tersedia di kost hehe
 the best boarding house ever left. original! the boarding house was in a room where many people thought they lived in apartments, got tv facilities, dalem bathrooms (showers & closets also sat), study tables, dressing tables, cabinets, and even displays! get sepre & bolster pillow case, doormat, trash can, bucket dipper bathroom too. just bring yourself too directly here. mashaAllah guarded because the guard was always there 24 hours and made it easy on the phone (at that time the story was fasting and out of the middle of the night to buy sahur food awaited by the guards because the boarding was locked when it was midnight) shared living room if you want to have a friend of the opposite sex (guy) who wants to work in groups or visit, the living room also has a TV with a satellite dish too. get a shared fridge, shared kitchen, shared refrigerator. there is a place for washing clothes & clothes too, parking is also quite large for parking lobes / motorbikes. there are also dispensers on each floor. This honest review is very much due to experiencing the boarding house itself. the rooms there vary in price depending on the facilities obtained for example there are those who use ac & do not use ac, or there is a larger toilet, so you can just check it to the place. For students, it must be very happy because it is not difficult to pay for electricity, water & wifi! because everything is available in boarding hehe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ homey banget..fasilitaas lengkap kasur kipas angin/ac tergantung jenis kamar, wifi gratis listrik graatis..ada dispenser bersama di tiap lantai, kulkas dan Dapur tempaat cuci baju dan jemur bersama ada, dilantai 3 bisa buat olahraga kecil dan berjemur diri jg..stiap sudut ada wifi, lingkungan sekitar jg nyaman cari makanan apapun gampang daan banyak, mau kmna2 jg deket..pokoknyaa dijmin puaass dehhh
really homey.. complete facilities, fan/ac mattresses depending on the type of room, free wifi, free electricity.. there is a shared dispenser on each floor, a refrigerator and kitchen where you can wash clothes and dry together, on the 3rd floor you can do small sports and sunbathe too. .every corner has wifi, the surrounding environment is also comfortable, finding any food is easy and plenty, want to be close too.. the main thing is to be satisfied

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah sekitar sebulan ngekos di sini karna lokasinya cukup deket sama kantor. Fasilitasnya bergantung sama harga sewa kamarnya, start from 1 juta udah bisa tinggal di kamar yang dilengkapi sama bed, kamar mandi dalem, kipas angin, lemari, ember, gayung, keset dua, tempat sampah (yang diambilin rutin sama penjaga tiap beberapa hari sekali), include biaya air, listrik, wifi dan air minum. Per lantai ada kulkasnya juga. Selain itu, fasilitas bersamanya ada dapur, tempat jemuran, tempat cuci piring dan ruang tamu. Rooftop juga bisa banget buat berjemur diri di kala pandemi ini wkwk. Lingkungannya rame dan warganya ramah, ngga susah kalo mau beli makan karna ada banyak warung di sekitar dan lumayan deket sama Pasar Lenteng Agung. Oiya, btw aku dateng ke sini pertama kali jam 2 maleman karna langsung dari stasiun, dan ok ok aja karna ada babe kos yang ready. Asal dikontak aja bapaknya siap menyambut. Btw, pernah tempo hari sekitar jam 8 malem kran di kamar mandi tiba-tiba retak trus bocor, tinggal chat WA babe kosnya udah tuh langsung dibenerin. Gercep pokoknya. Ntaps jiwww! Betah tinggal di sini hehe alhamdulillah :)
I've been staying here for about a month because the location is quite close to the office. Rooftops can also be really good for sunbathing during this pandemic. The environment is busy and the people are friendly, it's not difficult to buy food because there are many stalls around and it's quite close to Lenteng Agung Market. Oh yeah, btw I came here the first time at 2 pm because it was straight from the station, and it's ok, it's okay because there are boarding babes ready. As long as you contact him, his father is ready to welcome him. Btw, the other day around 8 pm the faucet in the bathroom suddenly cracked and then leaked, just chat WA babe, the boarding house was fixed right away. Hurry up basically. Ntaps jiwww! Enjoy living here, thank God :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and nice place. Near by the train station of Lenteng Agung,,3-5 minute walking,,easy for going anywhere. You can find the warteg surrounding area to eat, is cheap. Walking distance to pasar lenteng,alfamart,alfamidi at opposite. This kost is new building,recommended.
Each room is complete with spring bed,pillow and the sheet, cabinet, fan,or ac, bathroom with the pail,window with curtain.
Got wifi too,, refrigerator to share with,living room for watching tv with,,Aqua mineral water for free. All is already include of the room price.
