★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dulu saya pernah nge kost disini nih....dulu ni kos cowok kok skrg jadi kos cewek yaa..? apa karena cowoknya bandel bandel nggih pak,,,hehehe.
btw ini menurut saya salah satu kos terbaik di kota Wates dekat dengan kampus, akses jalan mudah, listrik air lancar serta nyaman dan aman.
Seingat saya ada 6 kamar cukup luas, "paling enak kamar pojok pojok sisi utara tuh iso nyawang mbak2e kos sebelah klo lagi jemur pakaian" dan juga ini kost punya kamar mandi ada 2 lo lumayan lah gak rebutan pas pagi / podo kebelet Ngis*** , serta ada ruang tamu juga dan garasi yang muat banyak motor.
Soal biaya dulu termasuk cukup terjangkau si (tp listrik bayar sendiri sendiri dibagi per 6 anak yaa kesadaran diri masing2 lah jika bawa PC,dispenser,tv dkk)hehe...

 I used to stay in a boarding house here.... this used to be a male boarding house, how come now it's a girl boarding house huh? Is it because the guy is so stubborn, sir?
btw, in my opinion, this is one of the best boarding houses in the city of Wates, close to campus, easy road access, water electricity is smooth and comfortable and safe.
As far as I remember there are 6 rooms that are quite spacious, "the best corner room on the north side is iso nyawang mbak2e, the boarding house next door when you're drying clothes" and also this boarding house has 2 bathrooms, it's not bad, it's not a fight in the morning / Podo is desperate to cry *** , and there is also a living room and a garage that can fit many motorbikes.
Regarding the cost, it was quite affordable (but the electricity you pay for yourself is divided into 6 children, it's self-awareness if you bring a PC, dispenser, tv, etc.) hehe...
