★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kosnya deket kemana-mana, tempet makan, swalayan, kampus juga. Harganya termasuk murah sih dengan fasilitas dan lokasinya yang kemana-mana mudah. Homy banget!
Boarding houses near everywhere, places to eat, self-service, campus too. The price is cheap with the facilities and the location is easy everywhere. So homy!

Tempatnya masuk ke dalam gang, jadi ga bakalan deh tu berisik suara kendaraan.
Penghuni kosnya juga ramah2 abis.
Cuma 1 kekurangannya, disini kalau hujan deres airnya membanjiri teras rumah dan kadang sampe masuk ke dalam ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi kos nya strategis, soalnya dekat kemana-mana, ke kampus, tempat makan, swalayan, dan lainnya.
Agak masuk dikit kedalam gang, jadi gak bakal berisik, bakal nyaman buat istirahat.
Suasana kos homy, dan penghuni kos ramah-ramah, berasa keluarga deh ama penghuni kos lainnya.
The location of the boarding house is strategic, because it is close to everywhere, to campus, places to eat, supermarkets, and others.
It's a little bit into the alley, so it won't be noisy, it will be comfortable for resting.
The atmosphere of the boarding house is homy, and the residents of the boarding house are friendly, it feels like family to other boarding house residents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walaupun deket ringroad utara tapi tetep tenang tenang suasana rumahnya. Letaknya di pojok tapi masih bisa dijangkau gojek/grab ride atau car dan shopee food. Sekitar sini juga ada atm, rumah makan, supermaket, dan transjogja jadi ngga susah cari makan atau mau kemanapun. Deket bgt Fe uii, upn pintu timur (teknik), mercu, dan amikom.
