★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kostannya bagus, ruang publik dan tempat parkir luas, kamar mandi luar tapi bersih banget ngalahin kamar mandi hotel bintang 3. Dapurnya juga bersih dan memadai.
Ada meja san kursi kerja, cocok untuk anak kuliahan atau yg kerja kantoran, lemarinya gede banget sampe koper bisa masuk hhaha
Kekurangannya karna kamarku jendelanya menghadap kejalan, cepat berdebu kalau dibuka ( tp gpp sih tinggal jangan dibuka aja), dan aga berisik suara kendaraan ( terutama motor), kalo yg kupingnya sensitif bgt mending ambil kamar yg jendelanya jangan langsung keluar. Overall, kostannya bagus, keren, karna disediakan juga ruang publik ( meja kursi banyak dan luas diruang tengah)
The boarding is good, the public space and parking area are spacious, the bathroom is outside but really clean, compared to the bathroom of a 3 star hotel. The kitchen is also clean and adequate.
There is a desk and a work chair, suitable for college children or those who work in offices, the cupboard is so big that the suitcase can fit in hhaha
The drawback is because my window faces the road, gets dusty when you open it (but don't just open it), and there are no noise from vehicles (especially motorbikes), if you have sensitive ears, it's better to take a room where the windows don't come out right away. Overall, the boarding house is nice, cool, because public space is also provided (many tables and chairs are spacious in the middle room)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi pinggir jalan, rapih dan bersih.. Harga lumayan dari budget 900 kamar agak kecil dan ada yg 1jt sedikit agak lebar tanpa ac, tapi jika ada yg mau pake ac budgetnya 1.5 jt per Bulan. Semua sdh ada isi kalau hanya untuk tidur, jika mau masak disediakan dapur umum dan jika ingin makan dan jajanan tanpa masak tersedia banyak di depan halaman tinggal keluar pintu pagar... Semoga bermanfaat
Roadside location, neat and clean.. The price is decent from the budget of 900 the rooms are a bit small and there are 1 million which are a bit wide without air conditioning, but if anyone wants to use ac the budget is 1.5 million per month. Everything is filled if it's only for sleeping, if you want to cook a public kitchen is provided and if you want to eat and snacks without cooking there are lots of them available in front of the yard, just outside the gate... Hopefully useful
