★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kamar banyak & dilengkapi kamar mandi dalam, meja & kursi belajar, 1 tempat tidur single, dan 1 lemari pakaian.
Setiap kamar memiliki ventilasi udara masing2 sehingga sirkulasi udara terjaga dengan baik.
Masing2 lantai disediakan tempat cuci jemur pakaian + dapur.
Ada fasilitas ruang bersama di masing2 lantai.
Tempat parkir motor di lantai 1 cukup luas.
Ada juga tempat parkir mobil.
Lingkungan sekitar sangat aman.
Akses ke pintu tol tembalang juga sangat dekat (1km dgn waktu tempuh 3 menit)
Akses ke Kampus Undip Tembalang juga dekat (3km dgn waktu tempuh 10 menit)
Dekat dengan Swalayan Ada & wisata kuliner lain nya di daerah Tembalang dan Banyumanik
Sangat Memuaskan !!
The rooms are many & equipped with an private bathroom, study table & chairs, 1 single bed, and 1 wardrobe.
Each room has air ventilation so that air circulation is well maintained.
Each floor is provided with a laundry area + a kitchen.
There are common room facilities on each floor.
The parking lot for motorbikes on the 1st floor is quite spacious.
There is also a car park.
The environment is very safe.
Access to the Tembalang toll gate is also very close (1km and takes 3 minutes)
Access to the Tembalang Undip Campus is also close (3km and takes 10 minutes)
Close to Supermarkets There & other culinary tours in Tembalang and Banyumanik areas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kosnya lumayan bersih. Harga 600k per bulan. Tanpa AC. Kamar mandi dalam. Ada bed, lemari, meja belajar dan kursi. Jumlah kamar banyak sekitar 58 kamar. Parkir motor di dalam. Parkir mobil di halaman (50rb per bulan). Biaya tambahan listrik tersendiri (kipas, mejikom). Wc jongkok. Air mandi ditampung di ember.
Ada wifi, tapi bayar lagi
Enggak boleh bawa dispenser alasannya sudah ada dapur
(Biasanya kalau kos lain boleh bawa tapi tambah biaya)
Bagi perempuan yg sudah menikah, suami tidak boleh masuk karena kos putri
Tapi yang jaga kos istri+suami. Jadi ada suaminya di kos putri ???
Dekat pintu tol banyumanik tembalang, UNDIP, akses mudah banyak gojek dan grab
Selama ini keadaan aman. Berlaku jam malam.
Tamu laki-laki (siapapun termasuk suami atau orang tua/ayah) tidak boleh masuk kamar
Ada ruang bersana dan ruang tamu
The board is pretty clean. Price of 600k per month. No air conditioning. En suite bathroom. There are beds, cabinets, study tables and chairs. The number of rooms is about 58 rooms. Motorbike parking inside. Car park on the yard (50 thousand per month). Individual electricity surcharge (fan, mejikom). Wc squat. Bath water is stored in a bucket.
There is wifi, but pay again
I can't bring a dispenser, the reason is there's a kitchen
(Usually if other boarding houses are allowed to carry but add costs)
For women who are married, husbands may not enter because of women's boarding
But the one who keeps the wife's wife + husband. So there is her husband at princess boarding ???
Near the Banyumanik Tembalang, UNDIP toll gate, there are many easy access to gojek and grab
All this time it's safe. Curfew applies.
Male guests (anyone including husband or parent / father) may not enter the room
