★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebulan yg lalu ngekos disana hehe. Tempatnya bersih karena masih tergolong baru. Kamar mandi oke, letaknya cukup dekat dengan pusat kota tp tidak cocok untuk pengendara mobil karena jalan sempit. Harga murah dengan fasilitas wifi, ruang jemuran, dapur umum, kamar dan isinya serta KM luar. Di lantai satu KM dalam. Ada kulkas untuk bersama juga.
Karena kamar sy di pojok atas wifi kadang ndlap dlup. Semoga kedepan ada grup untuk anak kos supaya terpantau siapa sja yg menginap (kadang ada yg bawa teman), jadwal piket buang sampah dan bersihin KM, dan menginfokan kalau ada tamu laki2 yg mau masuk. Kmrn ada bapak2 jemput anaknya yg sakit masuk2 mau ke lantai 2. Ada juga bapak2 dan anak istrinya masuk ke lantai 1 mau berpamitan. Sebisa mungkin peraturan ditempel di gerbang supaya terlihat dan sama sama nyaman. Karena lokasi gerbang dan kamar lantai 1 tidak ada kain/tembok penghalang, sehingga jika ada tamu masuk garasi bisa terlihat mbak2 yg lalu lalang di kos. Entah baru tengtopan atau lepas jilbab.
A month ago I stayed there hehe. The place is clean because it is still relatively new. The bathroom is okay, it's located quite close to the city center but it's not suitable for car drivers because the road is narrow. Cheap prices with wifi facilities, clothesline, public kitchen, rooms and contents as well as outside KM. On the first floor KM deep. There is a fridge to share too.
Because my room is in the top corner, the wifi sometimes crashes. Hopefully in the future there will be a group for boarding children so that it is monitored who is staying (sometimes someone brings friends), picket schedule for throwing garbage and cleaning KM, and informing if there are male guests who want to enter. Kmrn there are fathers who pick up their sick children and go to the 2nd floor. There are also fathers and their wives who go to the 1st floor to say goodbye. As much as possible the rules are posted on the gates so that they are visible and equally comfortable. Due to the location of the gate and the 1st floor rooms, there are no cloth / barrier walls, so if a guest enters the garage, you can see the ladies and gentlemen passing by in the boarding house. I don't know if it's a tengtopan or taking off the hijab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kos nyaman, bersih, murah, sudah paket lengkap, lingkungan baik, dekat musholla, akses dr jalan raya tidak terlalu jauh, bapak kos baik.
Fasilitas kamar : kamar mandi dalam/luar, lemari, meja, kursi, single bed.
Fasilitas umum : parkiran luas, kulkas, wifi, dapur umum.
Namun, tidak cocok untuk anak kos pengguna mobil karena akses jalan masuk ke kos di gang sempit.
The boarding house is comfortable, clean, cheap, the package is complete, the environment is good, near the prayer room, access from the highway is not too far, the boarding house is good.
Room facilities: indoor/outdoor bathroom, wardrobe, table, chair, single bed.
Public facilities: ample parking, refrigerator, wifi, common kitchen.
However, it is not suitable for boarding children who use cars because the access road to the boarding house is in a narrow alley.
