The boarding house is safe, clean, and comfortable. Lived here from the start of college to graduation. The owner of the boarding house is also very kind and if there is a problem it is immediately fixed. Thank you very much, uncle and aunty❤

Tersedia parkiran mobil dan motor yang terpantau cctv 24/7. Pemilik kosnya juga super duper ramah dan sangat tanggap dalam menangani permasalahan yg ada di kos. Fasilitas juga super lengkap dan harga lebih miring daripada kos serupa yg ada di sekitaran kompleks. Kost eksklusif paling reccomended kalau ingin kuliah atau kerja disekitaran Babarsari ?
Strategic location, close to Campus 2 and 4 UAJY and UPN Babarsari. The distance to Mirota campus can also be reached on foot. The place is very clean and the rooms are very comfortable. There is parking for cars and motorbikes monitored by CCTV 24/7. The owner of the boarding house is also super duper friendly and very responsive in dealing with problems that exist in the boarding house. The facilities are also super complete and the price is lower than similar boarding houses around the complex. The most recommended exclusive boarding house if you want to study or work around Babarsari ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kosannya aman, nyaman, rapi, bersih, dan sangat homey. Akses 24 jam, meskipun ada portal di gang tersebut namun bisa minta tolong satpam yg jaga untuk buka portalnya. Pemilik kos sangat baik, ramah dan juga memperhatikan anak2 kosnya. Pemilik juga tanggap apabila ada permasalahan kamar dan selalu rutin untuk menjaga pemeliharaan kos sehingga kos & kamar selalu terlihat seperti baru. Sistem kos juga teratur dgn adanya grup whatsapp sehingga dapat membangun lingkungan kos yang baik. Saya ngekos disini dari semester 1 sampai lulus, beruntung waktu itu dapet kamar terakhir yg available krn setelahnya banyak sekali waiting list kos ini ?
The boarding house is safe, comfortable, neat, clean, and very homey. 24-hour access, even though there is a portal in the alley, you can ask the security guard to open the portal. The owner of the boarding house is very kind, friendly and also pays attention to his boarding children. The owner is also responsive if there are room problems and is always routine to maintain the boarding house so that the boarding house & rooms always look like new. The boarding system is also organized with a whatsapp group so that it can build a good boarding environment. I stayed here from semester 1 until I graduated, fortunately at that time I got the last available room because after that there were so many waiting lists for this boarding house
