★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kost khusus wanita. Di dalam kamar sudah ada 1 set meja belajar, lemari, tempat tidur 120x200, tv 29", tempat sampah & laundry bin. Kamar mandi didalam dengan air panas. Fasilitas lainnya: wifi, dapur, kulkas, listrik token 1300, parkir luas, ruang bersama, ruang tamu, security 24jam. Dibanding rumah kost, lebih mirip semi apartemen. Nyaman & aman!!!
Female boarding house. In the room there is already 1 set of study table, wardrobe, 120x200 bed, 29 "tv, trash can & laundry bin. Bathroom inside with hot water. Other facilities: wifi, kitchen, refrigerator, 1300 electricity tokens, spacious parking, living room together, living room, 24 hour security. Compared to a boarding house, it is more like a semi apartment. Comfortable & safe !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kosannya nyamaan banget dan estetik, fasilitas kamar lengkap(lemari,meja belajar, tv, tempat baju kotor, tempat sampah, kamar mandi dalam+shower+water heater), ada lift! parkiran luas, ada banyak tempat duduk duduk untuk tamu, tempat jemur pakaian luas, dapur luas, ada meja buat belajar bareng juga, keren deh kosannya, worth it sama harganya??
The boarding house is very comfortable and aesthetic, complete room facilities (cupboard, study table, tv, dirty clothes place, trash can, bathroom + shower + water heater), there is an elevator! spacious parking lot, there are lots of seating for guests, spacious clothes drying area, spacious kitchen, there is a table for studying together too, the boarding house is cool, worth it for the price??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kost bersih, fasilitas juga lengkap. Mulai dari kasur, lemari, tv, ac, dapur, tempat jemuran, air panas, sampai tempat nongkrong. Pemilik juga ramah dan informatif. Tempat parkir luas banget, ada satpam di pintu masuk. Lokasi strategis, dekat toko kelontong yang lengkap, bakso gepeng, kalau mau pesan makanan dari pusat resto cempaka putih juga dekat. Kost rasa perumahan ini mah ?
