★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dengan rate harga 500 ribu, tempat cukup nyaman untuk ditinggali, bersih walau gaya bangunan lama dan terdapat 2 lantai. Kamar mandi di luar dan 1 kamar mandi untuk 4 kamar di masing-masing lantai. Terdapat aliran listrik dan wifi yang cukup baik koneksinya, serta kamar sudah bisa dilengkapi dengan kasur, meja + kursi dan lemari. Saat saya menyewa kamar di sana selama 2 tahun (mulai dr tahun 2018) apabila ingin membawa dan menggunakan rice cooker dan hair dryer perlu konfirmasi terlebih dahulu dengan pemilik kosan, karena akan ada sedikit biaya tambahan. Kosan khusus perempuan, bagi tamu seperti teman dan keluarga laki-laki, biasanya hanya bisa singgah di teras yang menyediakan kursi dan meja atau di ruang tamu rumah pemilik. Pemilik beserta keluarga sangat ramah dan menjaga komunikasi sangat baik dengan seluruh penghuni layaknya keluarga. Tetapi juga masih memberikan privasi pada masing-masing penghuni. Terdapat dua pintu yang bisa dilalui penghuni. Masing-masing penyewa/penghuni diberikan kunci pintu samping dan garasi motor serta tentunya kamar tidur. Lingkungan sekitar aman, dekat dengan beberapa coffee shop, tempat makan seperti warmindo, UGM dan jalan utama jl.kaliurang yang tentunya banyak merchant makanan, dan bisnis lainnya.
 With a price rate of 500 thousand, the place is quite comfortable to live in, clean even though the building style is old and there are 2 floors. Bathroom outside and 1 bathroom for 4 rooms on each floor. There is electricity and a fairly good wifi connection, and the rooms can be equipped with mattresses, tables + chairs and wardrobes. When I rented a room there for 2 years (starting in 2018) if you want to bring and use a rice cooker and hair dryer, you need to confirm with the owner of the boarding house, because there will be a small additional fee. A female-only boarding house, for guests such as male friends and family, usually can only stop on the terrace which provides chairs and tables or in the living room of the owner's house. The owner and his family are very friendly and maintain very good communication with all residents like family. But also still provide privacy for each occupant. There are two doors that residents can pass through. Each tenant/occupant is given a key to the side door and motorbike garage and of course the bedroom. The surrounding environment is safe, close to several coffee shops, places to eat such as Warmindo, UGM and the main road Jl. Kaliurang which of course has many food merchants, and other businesses.
