Ukuran : 3x4, bisa koprol bolak balik dah walaupun di dalem banyak barang bawaan ?
Wifi : Ada (Bisa pake/ ngga) tapi ane pake
Harga : Harga kos termasuk listrik tanpa wifi (masih mahalan tas Hermes lah kokonya kalo dibandingkan kos dan wifi) ?
Anak kos : Ramah gampang ikrib sama anak baru ?
Pemilik kos : Udah lahh ngga usah ditanya lagi ??
Lokasi : Udah jelas yg mageran ngeluarin motor atau males ngeluarin ongkos ojek onlen ini sih pas banget, makan, toko baju, tempat nongkrong, Indomart, ATM, halte busway, tempat service motor, laundry, FC, salon ada semua tinggal melangkah ajah ?

Ibu kos juga ramah banget , kedisplinan mantull..
Biaya kos murah.. udh ada wifi kalau mau ikut wifi nambah ongkos dikit tp kecepatan wifi bagussss....
Pokoknya rekomended deh???
