Tempatnya nyaman terus untuk kamar mandinya di luar, ada dapur untuk bersama, tempat cuci baju dan piring, disisi lain tidak terlalu jauh dari jalan raya, deket mall JCM, deket warung makan, deket loundry, akses kendaraan seperti mobil bisa masuk.

Tempat nya depan selokan mataram persis, yang halaman nya luas, kosan tingkat dua warna hijau persis di foto. Bapak dan ibu kos baik dan ramah. Kosan ternyaman selama saya kuliah di jogja.
