Disini Ada dapur ada mushola untuk tamu, ada ruang tamu di luar, parkir luas banget, di sini juga ada wifi, di luar ada lapangan bisa untuk voli, badminton, atau tenis. pokoknya oke banget ada harga ada fasilitasnya. Kos ini tutup sekitar jam 11 atau jam 12 malam.
