★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kos nyaman di sekitar UMY. Berbentuk rumah berpagar, parkiran luas walau selalu penuh hehe kos terdiri dari kamar dgn kamar mandi dalam dan luar. Harga berbeda yg km dalam dan luar. Ada balkon yang penuh tumbuh2an unyu, seger liatnya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kamarnya luas banget. Ada kamar mandi dalam ada yang luar. Biayanya bisa dibayar bulanan. Lagi lumayan terjangkau. Kisaran 350an di 2021 ini. Ada wifi juga. Ada kulkas bersama dan dapur bersama. Rekomen buat yang mau nyari kos murah fasilitas lengkap.
