★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dekat dengan fakultas teknik UNY. Dekat dengan KOPMA UNY. Ada Wi-Fi tapi lelet hehe masih cepet pake kuota daripada pake Wi-Fi, 2 kamar mandi piket bergantian, ada dapur, ada parkir motor, ada rak sepatu. Tempatnya lumayan luas, nyaman. Kebersihan tanggung jawab bersama.
 Close to the UNY engineering faculty. Close to KOPMA UNY. There is Wi-Fi but it's slow hehe is still fast using the quota instead of using Wi-Fi, 2 picket bathrooms take turns, there is a kitchen, there is a motorbike parking lot, there is a shoe rack. The place is quite spacious, comfortable. Cleanliness of shared responsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah mahal, kotor, sempit. Tolong ya judesnya dikurangi buk. Banyak kok diluar sana dengan harga segitu fasilitas udah lengkap. Udah bayar kos tapi malah dikasih ke orang lain tanpa konfirmasi. Tapi yaudah terserah aja lah ya, semoga dimudahkan dalam mencari rezeki aja buk meski nyusahin anak kost.
It's expensive, dirty, cramped. Please reduce the biting, buk. How many are out there at that price, the facilities are complete. I've paid the cost but instead gave it to someone else without confirmation. But it's up to you, I hope it will be easier to find sustenance, even though it's hard for boarding children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sorry to give only a star. The place IS totally poor. For a building that has more than 20 more rooms, there is not enough space for the parking area. They only have space for 5 to 7 motorbikes. But in fact most of university students that live there have bikes. The landlord is Awful, talk too much and always has a grumpy Face. My friend that used to live there said the rooms there also really narrow and Pricey. The most update fact is my friend's relative has to pay 10 million rupiah Just for a narrow room for a Year.
