Dekat dengan kampus, disekitar kost ini juga ada indomaret, alfamart, printshop, dan banyak juga yang jual makanan disekitar. Halaman sekitar kost juga cukup asri karena ditanami juga beberapa tanaman??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kostnya sangat nyaman,warga kost semua ramah dan baik. Walau kamar mandi luar tapi jarang mengantri karna kamar mandi banyak dan tempat untuk laundry dan cuci piring di pisah hingga mengurangi pemakaian kamar mandi yg lama. Kost dekat dengan kampus atma dan sadhar mrican.
The boarding house is very comfortable, the boarding residents are all friendly and kind. Even though the bathroom is outside, there are rarely queues because there are many bathrooms and the place for laundry and washing dishes is separated to reduce the use of the old bathroom. The boarding house is close to the atma and sadhar mrican campuses.

jadi ga heran kalo banyakk yg ngejar kosan iniii
tempatnya sangat bersih nyaman aman ada penjaga kosan juga
tempat juga sangat strategis mau kemanapun apalagi ke kampus
Jualan di depan banyak bgt dan ada alfamart, foto copy, rental komputer, ATM, Rumah Sakit
dan juga bapak pemilik kosannya sangat baik friendly bgt,nerima saran saran dr anak kosan bgt.
pokoknya ini the bestt bgt mana murceee harga kosannyaa hehe
