★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kos dengan 3 lantai dan total 30 kamar. Ada beberapa pilihan kamar dengan harga yang bervariasi. Pembayaran sewa biasanya tahunan ataupun setiap satu semester. Kamar mandi ada banyak. Ada dapur umum. Dilengkapi dengan CCTV yang tersebar di beberapa titik. Tempat parkir motor cukupan.
Boarding house with 3 floors and a total of 30 rooms. There are several choices of rooms with varying prices. Payment of rent is usually annual or every one semester. There are plenty of bathrooms. There is a public kitchen. Equipped with CCTV scattered in several points. Sufficient motorcycle parking space.

Kostnya cukup nyaman, kamar mandi banyak, cukup dekat dengan kampus, sudah isi, harga menengah.
Kekurangan
Selama pandemi wifi sering mati nyala, dan perlu approach lebih ke pemilik untuk menyalakan wifi kembali, kurang direkomendasikan bagi mahasiswa yang ingin melakukan WFH di kost.
Advantages
The boarding house is quite comfortable, lots of bathrooms, quite close to campus, already filled, medium price.
Deficiency
During the pandemic the wifi often turns off, and requires a more approach to the owner to turn the wifi back on, less recommended for students who want to do WFH in boarding houses.
