Parkir & lingkungan kos yang aman. Terletak di pusat kota dengan lingkungan yang strategis, dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan, warung makan, laundry, & kampus-kampus besar di Jogja. Recommended ?
One of the best men's boarding houses in Yogyakarta. Reliable, at an economical price, you have got adequate facilities (stuffing) & an en suite bathroom. Electricity is included with the monthly fee. Safe parking & boarding environment. Located in the city center with a strategic environment, close to shopping centers, food stalls, laundry, & major campuses in Jogja. Recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disini sudah ngekost kurang lebih 3 tahun dan banyak pengalaman yg sudah saya alami. Ga selalu pengalaman yang mengenakkan, ada juga kekurangan, tapi yang saya salut adalah respon pemilik kost dalam mengatasi kekurangan itu. Tidak pernah terlambat.
Kost nya dijamin nyaman dan aman. Gerbang di kunci 24 jam. Belum pernah mengalami kehilangan apapun selama ngekost disini.
I have been staying here for about 3 years and I have had many experiences. It's not always a pleasant experience, there are also shortcomings, but what I applaud is the response of the boarding house owner in overcoming these shortcomings. It's never too late.
The boarding house is guaranteed to be comfortable and safe. Gate locked 24 hours. Have never experienced any loss while staying here.

Men's boarding house with complete facilities, private bathroom. The owner of the boarding house is friendly, security is maintained because there is CCTV, and most importantly it is cheap and strategically located. It's great ?? Really recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kost Putera harga bener-bener budget hemat. untuk lokasinya tidak diragukan lagi, sangat strategis. makan,laundry, atm, pangkas rambut, dan lainnya bisa dijangkau hanya dengan jalan kaki. kamar mandi dalam mulai 650rb. sangat recommended.
Kost Putera is really budget-friendly. for the location no doubt, very strategic. dining, laundry, atm, barbershop, and others can be reached only by walking. en suite bathroom from 650rb. highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kost bagus , bersih , nyaman , lingkungan tenang , ada fasilitas Kamar mandi dalam + shower (700 only) , Wifi (lan recomended for better connections), disediakan tempat sampah khusus tiap lantai, daerah ramai lancar , sekitar kost ada penjual jus , warteg , martabak ,apotek, jajanan pasar ( hanya pagi ) dll.
The boarding house is nice, clean, comfortable, the environment is quiet, there are facilities for an en suite bathroom + shower (700 only), Wifi (lan recommended for better connections), special trash cans are provided for each floor, the area is busy smoothly, around the boarding house there are juice sellers, warteg, martabak, pharmacy, market snacks (only morning) etc.
