★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ibu kosnya suka buat aturan sendiri, anak kos sering dipindah kamarkan tanpa alasan yang jelas, pembayaran uang internet dan tidak transparan, parkiran sempit, ibukosnya bisa marah2 ga jelas, internet sangat lemot, air kos bau besi dan kotor, hati2 adanya dengan ketentuan mendadak yang dapat merugikan anak kos terutama masalah uang, pengalaman saya sendiri terdapat aturan sepihak yang tidak pernah dibahas diawal sehingga merugikan saya hingga jutaan rupiah. ini merupakan kos terbusuk, terjelek, selama kuliah di Yogya. ini berlaku untuk kos cahaya 1 2 3 4 5 . tolong dipikirkan lagi kalau mau masuk kos ini.. terimakasih

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kos cahaya ini ada 6, jadi ada kos cahaya 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, cahaya 1 khusus cewek sedangkan cahaya 2-6 khusus cowok. Cahaya 2 lokasi ada di daerah condong catur, jl. Jawa pringgolayan. Pas di pojokan gitu, jd ga bising dengan ramainya lalulintas kendaraan yg wirawiri..
Ada laundry n warung makan jg disini, punya ibu kos ?.. Kos ini enak, kamar cukupan lah, ga luas2 bgt, ada kamar mandi dalam yg cukup bersih.
Sayang ga punya no hp yg bisa di hub, trs kelupaan jg buat foto2 lokasi, maapkeun..?.

There are laundry and food stalls here too, have a boarding house mother ? .. This boarding house is delicious, the room is sufficient, not really spacious, there is a bathroom that is clean enough.
Unfortunately do not have a cellphone number that can be in the hub, then forgetfulness also to take pictures of the location, sorry ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nyesel gak mempertimbangkan review bintang 1 dari Santi Lin setahun yang lalu. Ternyata beneran.. aturannya emang gak neko-neko, tapi gak transparan gimana lingkungan warganya. Padahal sebenernya lokasi udah stategis. Ada laundry, warung makan, angkringan dan tempat ngopi. Terus masalah uang juga gak transparan bilang uang kos segitu udah listrik, air, dan wifi tapi ternyata wifi ada tagihan lagi yang menurut saya mending beli kuota aja. Siap-siap aja kena marah atau malah bisa diusir kayak penghuni lain karena masalah printilan duit itu. Airnya nggak bersih, gatau warna kuning karena apa dan agak bau. Menurut saya untuk harga kos segitu nggak worth it, masih banyak yang lebih murah tapi lebih bagus.
Regret not considering the 1 star review from Santi Lin a year ago. It turned out to be true.. the rules are not adventurous, but they are not transparent about the environment of the citizens. Even though the location is already strategic. There are laundry, food stalls, angkringan and coffee shops. Then the money problem is also not transparent, saying that that much boarding money is already electricity, water, and wifi but it turns out that the wifi has another bill, in my opinion, it's better to just buy a quota. Just be prepared to be angry or even be evicted like other residents because of the issue of printing money. The water is not clean, I don't know what the yellow color is for and it smells a bit. In my opinion, for that price, it's not worth it, there are still many that are cheaper but better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yg punya kos lucu, ada aja peraturan yg aneh yg berhubungan sama duit, udah mau bayar 6 bulan dan survey kamar, eh tiba2 yg diomong di tempat beda sama yg di chat, yg di chat baik trus welcome banget tp pas di tempat sebaliknya, bilang ada biaya wifi padahal sebelumnya bilang udah termasuk, trus ada biaya catering harian dan itu harus, pas dibilang mau telpon orang tua dulu eh malah marah2 ninggal gitu aja nutup pager lah saya masih di dalem padahal, ibu kos teraneh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pernah kos disini min ambil 6 bulan, sumpah ya ibu kos nya lucu tanda kutip banget gak sebaik awal pas masuk, buat peraturan tambahan setelah udah bayar, suka marah" ngamuk", dikit" ngusir padahal kita udah bayar 6 bulan, 2 minggu sebelum tanggal habis sudah harus kluar kan aneh, gaboleh nyuci sendiri harus loundry ditempatnya, tembok kanan kirinya bukan tembok semen tapi kaya lapisan triplek dibuat kaya tembok, intinya kosnya lumayan nyaman tapi ibu kos nya yg nggak banget.
Notes : kost cahaya 5 dan ini pengalaman pribadi selama ngekos disini
Been boarding here for at least 6 months, I swear, the boarding house mother is cute, the quotes are not as good as when you first enter, make additional rules after paying, likes to be angry "angry", a little "shooed away even though we have paid 6 months, 2 weeks before the date After you have to take it out, it's weird, you can't wash yourself, you have to do laundry in its place, the right and left walls are not cement walls but like plywood layers made like walls, basically the boarding house is quite comfortable but the boarding house isn't really that bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kost cahaya menurut saya nyaman,peraturan g aneeh2..bersih toleransinya tinggi untuk masalah tamu,fasilitas lumayan,harga terjangkau..misal ada komen yg sifatnya sepihak...Mungkin bernasalh dng kOst.rejeki SDH dibatur Tuhan...mau menjatuhkan dng cara apapun...Tuhan yg tentkan..???
I think the light boarding house is comfortable, the rules are weird..clean, high tolerance for guest problems, decent facilities, affordable prices..for example, there are comments that are one-sided...Maybe it's a problem with boarding. SDH's fortune is arranged by God...want to drop it in some way whatever...God decides..???
