★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fasilitas Full Furnished : Kamar mandi dalam, kasur, bantal, meja, lemari, wifi. Air sudah ditanggung dan listrik token per kamar (jd gampang ngatur sesuai kebutuhan). Pengurus kosan ramah dan siap sedia membantu.
Kamar tersedia AC dan Non AC. Harga mulai 700k per bulan (cocok untuk mahasiswa dan karyawan, khusus cowok). Lokasi strategis banget kmana2. Dekat jalan flyover Arif Rahman Hakim lurus langsung sampai margonda, deket st. depok baru dan jln exit simpang juanda menuju tol baru kukusan-cawang. Buat mahasiswa, jalan lurus arah sebaliknya, langsung tembus kampus PNJ dan UI.
Suasana adem, bersih, dan nyaman. Parkir motor dan mobil tersedia luas. Security Insyallah aman 24 jam (ada siskamling ronda malam). Mau nyari makan, selalu ramai sepanjang kosan dan lapangan tarkam (dekat indomaret jg). Dijamin recommended?
Full Furnished Facilities: Private bathroom, mattress, pillow, table, wardrobe, wifi. Water has been covered and electricity tokens per room (so it's easy to arrange as needed). The boarding house management is friendly and ready to help.
Rooms available AC and Non AC. Prices start at 700k per month (suitable for students and employees, boys only). Very strategic location. Near the Arif Rahman Hakim flyover road, go straight to Margonda, near st. New Depok and Jln Exit Simpang Juanda to the new Kukusan-Cawang toll road. For students, go straight in the opposite direction, straight through the PNJ and UI campuses.
The atmosphere is cool, clean, and comfortable. Motorcycle and car parking is widely available. Security Insyallah is safe 24 hours (there is a night patrol system). Want to find food, always crowded along the boarding house and tarkam field (near Indomaret too). Guaranteed recommended?
