★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ngekos dari tahun 2013 sampe 2020 disini, sempet keluar bogor dan memutuskan kos disini lagi.betah, atmosfirnya enak, ibu kos sama bapa kos baik bangetttt berasa kaya ibu kedua di tanah perantauan, harga kosannya juga ga mahal, perhatian banget deh ibu kosnya bikin makin betah ? ada gazebonya, buat kerja kelompok. kalo bukan karena nikah, gaakan pindah dari kosan ini saking nyamannya ? love you ibu bapa sama bibi semoga kalian sehat selalu yah. buat anak AKA, cari kos jangan sekedar deket kampus, tapi peran ibu kos, atmosfir, keamanan/anti maling (disini pake cctv dan gerbangnya canggih puolll pake kartu jd ga sembarang org bisa akses)
 ngekos from 2013 to 2020 here, I got out of Bogor and decided to rent a boarding house here again. I know, the atmosphere is good, the boarding house mother and the boarding house father are very good, feel like a second mother in an overseas land, the price of the boarding house is also not expensive, really pay attention to the boarding house making it even more feel at home ? there is a gazebo, for group work. if not because of marriage, will not move from this boarding house because it is so comfortable ? love you mother and father and aunt, I hope you are always healthy. For AKA children, look for boarding houses not just near the campus, but the role of the boarding house, atmosphere, security / anti-thief (here using CCTV and the gate is sophisticated, you can use a card so not just anyone can access it)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah mau 2 tahun ngekost disini. Asli sih ini kosannya emang nyaman, aman, dan muraaahh banget. Kamarnya bagus, ada kasur, bantal, lemari besar, kursi, meja. Gerbangnya juga otomatis, jd cuma pake kartu bisa kebuka sendiri. Aman juga ada cctv. ❤️
Already want 2 years of boarding here. The original boarding house is really comfortable, safe, and really cheap. The rooms are good, there are mattresses, pillows, large wardrobes, chairs, tables. The gate is also automatic, so you can open it yourself using a card. There is also cctv safe. ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 tahun lebih ngekos disini (Januari 2018 - September 2020).
Kos an nya bersih, nyaman, aman (ada CCTV), kamar mandi dalam, adem banyak pepohonan berbuah (rambutan, lengkeng, cabe, pisang, nangka, sawo, dll wadidaaw.. Ini kos2an apa kebon yak? Hahah LOVE daah ama kos ini) dan bisa dipetik utk dinikmati jugaa buah2an nya hihi (udah ijin ibu kos nya ya) ibu kos nya bageur pisaan euy..
Oiya kos nya canggih, pagernya pake Tap Card gitu jadinya aman, insha Allah.
Service nya juga gercep! Klo ada problem air ngadat atau listrik mati, langsung dieksekusi ibu kos nya ?. Jd penghuni kos pun damai sentosa tanpa problem yg berarti.
Oiyaa, harga kos an nya disini bersahabat lho buat anak2 rantau hihihi.
Kangen pas puasa di kos ini tuh selalu dpt iftar biji salak di puasa Ramadhan hari pertama, dan setiap hari jumat sahurnya dimasakin sama ibu kos nya ? Masha Allah.. semoga Bu Tia (Bu Kos) sekeluarga senantiasa sehat dan selalu dlm lindungan Allah SWT.. Lancar rejekinya ya buu.. Aamiiin *btw aku pindah dari sini karna ku udah nikah ?
2 years spent working here (January 2018 - September 2020).
The boarding house is clean, comfortable, safe (there is CCTV), the bathroom is inside, there are lots of fruit trees (rambutan, longan, chilies, bananas, jackfruit, sapodilla, etc. wadidaaw ... What is this boarding house? Hahah LOVE by this boarding house) ) and can be picked to enjoy the fruits too hihi (have the boarding mother's permission already) the boarding house mother is bageur pisaan euy ...
Oh yes, the boarding house is sophisticated, the pager uses a Tap Card so it's safe, insha Allah.
Service speed is also fast! If there is a problem with stagnant water or blackout, the boarding house mother will immediately execute it ?. So, the residents of the boarding house are at peace without any significant problems.
Oh yes, the price of the boarding house here is friendly, you know for overseas children hihihi.
Miss you during fasting in this boarding house, you can always get iftar salak seeds on the first day of Ramadan fasting, and every Friday the suhoor is asked by the boarding house mother ? Masha Allah ... I hope Mrs. Tia (Mrs. Kos) and her family will always be healthy and always under the protection of Allah SWT. Good luck, ma'am .. Aamiiin * btw I moved from here because I'm already married ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat nya nyaman, bersih, fasilitasnya lengkap, terdapat kasur, bantal, guling, lemari, beserta seprei nya, wcnya d dalam. Untuk fasilitas wifi, isi ulang galon dan Loudry mngkn ada biaya tambahan namun hal ini tidak wajib, jika d perlukan tinggal konfirmasi aja k ibu kos, ibu nya ramah banget?
tempat parkir motor nya luas cukup untuk smua penghuni kos, untuk mobil agak terbatas tp bisa parkir d lapangan depan kosan, lapangan nya cukup luas sehingga cukup jika diperlukan membawa mobil, area lapangan terpantau cctv kemudian ada ronda setiap malam sehingga meminimalisir adanya hal yg tidak diinginkan, sekian dan terimakasih ?
The place is comfortable, clean, the facilities are complete, there are mattresses, pillows, bolsters, cupboards, along with the sheets, the toilet is inside. For wifi facilities, refill gallons and Loudry there may be an additional fee but this is not mandatory, if you need it, just confirm with the boarding house, the mother is very friendly
the motorbike parking area is spacious enough for all boarding house residents, for cars it is rather limited but can park in the front yard of the boarding house, the field is wide enough so that it is enough if you need to bring a car, the field area is monitored by cctv then there are patrols every night so as to minimize unwanted things , thank you so much
