★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kost di sini dari jan 2019 ( pertama kali lantai 1 jadi ) nyerah ngekost di sini juni 2021.
Awal kosanny Sangat nyaman, air bersih, follow up admin cepat di tanggapi, penjaga Kosan standby dan tidak kepo.
Tapi memang tiap tahun permasalahn di kosan ini itu itu saja. Yaitu air mendadak jdi kotor, listrik yg tiba tiba meledak tagihannya pdahal pemakaian sama.
Dapur ada tp ga kuat sm bau ny, bau tikus.
Tiap tidur malam plafon kamar berisik dengan suara tikur yg lari bahkan horornya sampai suara tikur itu bisa nembus ke kamar. Bikin merinding dan sering banget tengah malam kebangun krn ini.
Sy di kmr yg rutin nyala hanya ac itu juga ga 24 jam. Hanya malam , ada tv dan laptop yg nyalanya jarang.
Tapi tagihan listrik sy sebelum ganti token bisa 500rb an. Lucu nya semakin hemat malah semakin mahal tagihannya. ( ajaibnya orange ) .
Ac bisa tiba tiba keluarin es batu dgn suara mesin yg berisik, kalau di infokan ke penjaga kos. Di bilangnya paling kotor. Pdhal indoor nya masih bersih.
Dan beberapa bln sebelum keluar masalahnya ada di air yg tiap hari kuni g, berminyak, bau dan ada cacing.
Tiap complain, owner menanggapiny Terkesan anak kos yg mengada ngada . Pdhal saat complain selalu kita kasih bukti foto bahkan video.
Krn udh lelah tiap bulan harus drama yg sama yud mending cabut.
Ouhiyah just info. Kosan sy skrg kamarnya lebih besar, ac nyala lebih lama bahkan bisa 24 jam, ada kulkas.
Listrik token.
Pemakaian per bulan hanya mentok di 300rb itu juga masih bisa pakai sampai awal bulan.
Jadi bisa di analisa yah gaess..
Ini ulasan jujur dr sy yg pernah menjadi penghuni orange.
 The boarding house has been here since January 2019 (first floor 1 so) gave up boarding here in June 2021.
The beginning of the boarding house is very comfortable, the water is clean, the admin follow-up is quick to respond, the boarding house guard is on standby and not confused.
But indeed every year the problem in this boarding house is that. Namely, the water suddenly becomes dirty, the electricity bill suddenly explodes even though the usage is the same.
The kitchen is there but it's not strong enough to smell, it smells like mice.
Every night when you sleep, the ceiling of the room is noisy with the sound of rats running and even the horror is that the sound of the rats can penetrate the room. It gives goosebumps and often wakes up in the middle of the night because of this.
I'm in the room that routinely turns on only the ac, it's also not 24 hours. Only at night, there is a TV and laptop that rarely turns on.
But my electricity bill before changing the token could be 500 thousand. The funny thing is that the more you save, the more expensive the bill. (magic orange).
The air conditioner can suddenly release ice cubes with a noisy engine sound, if it is informed to the boarding housekeeper. It's said to be the dirtiest. Even though the indoor is still clean.
And a few months before it came out, the problem was in the water which was cold every day, oily, smelly and there were worms.
Every time there is a complaint, the owner responds to the impression that the boarding house child is making up. Even though when we complain, we always give photo evidence and even video.
Because I'm tired of having the same drama every month, it's better to take it off.
Ouhiyah just info. My boarding house now has a bigger room, the AC lasts longer, it can even be 24 hours, there is a refrigerator.
Electricity tokens.
The usage per month is only stuck at 300 thousand, you can still use it until the beginning of the month.
So it can be analyzed, guys..
This is an honest review from me who has been an orange resident.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This new lodging maybe suit for you to stay in Jakarta, especially in North Jakarta. But some services not really good (e.g there is no car parking area for car so you have to park your car in front of the lodging), basement is only fit motorcycle. The kitchen is dirty, the water is yellowish and has little flow. The price is little expensive for this type of lodging and not include electricity. Hope this review would help you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the bed room itself is nice, it's pretty spacious. but the water quality is pretty bad, and if you're afraid of baby cocroaches, this is not a good place to stay. you can rent a room for 2 people but you have to pay extra.
