★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kosan yang cukup terbilang elite ada AC, WC duduk+shower, tersedia Laundry, dapur umum lengkap dengan dispenser, tapi dengan harga terjangkau… tapi untuk space lorong agak terlalu sempit, parkiran untuk motor juga cukup ngepress karna ada usaha makanan didalam parkiran, parkiran dilengkapi dengan CCTV, untuk parkiran mobil gatau dimana…
Boarding houses which are quite elite have air conditioning, sitting toilets + showers, laundry available, public kitchens complete with dispensers, but at affordable prices ... but for the hallway space is a bit too narrow, parking for motorbikes is also quite pressing because there is a food business in the parking lot, parking is equipped with CCTV, for car parking or where ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya pernah kasih bintang 3 untuk kosan ini tapi sekarang saya kasih bintang 5 karena:
1) Dengan pengelola baru, udah jauh lebih bersih dan rapi ketimbang dulu. Parkiran motor makin luas walaupun parkiran mobil sekarang udah gak tersedia.
2) Kamar bersih, fasilitas oke. Wifi makin lancar, air galon selalu ada, kompor di dapur selalu bisa dipake, wastafel di mana-mana.
3) Dengan harga yang sama, gak ada kosan sebagus Natama. Percayalah, saya sudah coba cari, di daerah yang sama, dan gak berhasil nemuin.
4) Lokasi strategis. Mau ke tengah gak jauh, ke timur gak jauh. Waktu tempuh ke Bandara Halim Perdana Kusuma sekitar 30-45 menit.
5) Banyak tempat jualan makanan, warung, ATM, Indomaret/Alfamart di sekitar. Di kosan ini juga ada Laundry Clean Neat yang pelayanannya oke. Kalo beli barang online bisa nitip di ibunya yang jaga laundry.
6) Buat booking dan pembayaran sekarang pake aplikasi jadi lebih praktis.
7) Kucing-kucing liar pun udah gak sebanyak dulu. Ya, masih ada beberapa tapi udah gak bikin kotor dan bau kaya dulu.
8) Kalo butuh bersihin kamar tinggal bilang sama penjaganya. Kalo butuh servis AC juga tinggal bilang. Gratis.
Kekurangan utama kosan ini, menurut saya, cuma sinar matahari susah masuk. Bukan gak ada sama sekali, tapi terbatas.
I once gave 3 stars for this boarding house but now I give 5 stars because:
1) With the new manager, it's much cleaner and tidier than it used to be. The motorbike parking lot is getting wider even though the car park is now not available.
2) Clean rooms, okay facilities. Wifi is getting smoother, gallon water is always there, the stove in the kitchen can always be used, sinks are everywhere.
3) At the same price, there is no boarding house as good as Natama. Trust me, I've tried searching, in the same area, and can't find it.
4) Strategic location. Want to go to the middle not far, to the east not far. Travel time to Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport is around 30-45 minutes.
5) Many places to sell food, stalls, ATMs, Indomaret / Alfamart around. In this boarding house there is also a Clean Neat Laundry, which service is okay. If you buy items online, you can leave them at the mother who looks after the laundry.
6) Make bookings and payments now using the application to be more practical.
7) Not as many stray cats as before. Yes, there are still some but it doesn't make it dirty and smells like it just used to.
8) If you need to clean the room, just tell the guard. If you need AC service, you just have to say. Free.
The main drawback of this boarding house, in my opinion, is that it is difficult to enter the sunshine. Not none at all, but limited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poto yang tertera saat kalian mencari di google persis seperti aslinya memang begitu keadaannya. Kost nya bersih, kamar luas, sudah include ranjang, ac, tv, meja kerja, lemari dan rak sepatu. Harga dengan fasilitas yang ditawarkan sudah sesuai. Hanya saja kamar mandi masih terpisah
The photos listed when you search on google are exactly like the originals, that's how it is. The boarding house is clean, the rooms are spacious, include beds, air conditioning, tv, work desks, wardrobes and shoe racks. The price with the facilities offered is appropriate. It's just that the bathroom is still separate
