Saling kenal penghuni kostannya. Ada tempat buat ngobrol2. Fasilitas kostan numero uno, air panas lancar, wifi kenceng, dapur lengkap, bersih, aman, parkiran luas, deket ke mall, rumah sakit, bank, supermarket, dapet air minum, tv, ac, kamar mandi dalam, lemari. Banyak penjual makanan disekitar kostan. Lokasinya mudah dijangkau dan strategis kemanapun. Deket sama halte transJ central tomang. Pokoknya kostan Mutiara Tomang oke punya laah!
 Kostan place here comfortable 100%, good kostannya guard, helpfull, spry, very hospitable, friendly, especially the owner bener2 baiiikkkk super duper! It feels like a family here. Know each other in the boarding house. There is a place for ngobrol2. Numero uno boarding facilities, hot water smoothly, wifi kenceng, full kitchen, clean, safe, spacious parking lot, near to malls, hospitals, banks, supermarkets, dapet drinking water, tv, ac, private bathroom, closet. Many food vendors around the boarding house. Its location is easily accessible and strategic anywhere. Close to Central Jakarta TransJ stop. Anyway, Kostan Mutiara Tomang is okay to have!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kosannya bersih, fasilitas cukup lengkap terutama dengan air panasnya yg oke punya, penghuninya ramah2. Ngga nyesel ngekos disini.
The boarding house is clean, the facilities are quite complete, especially with the hot water which is okay, the residents are friendly. Don't regret staying here.
