★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Secara fasilitas kos lumayan bagus,lingkungan bagus,dekat dg mall Grand Pramuka Square. Tapi sayangnya suami tdk boleh menginap walaupun cuma ketika weekend saja,padahal kamar mandi saja ada di dalam kamar,harusnya sudah meminimalisir suami wira-wiri keluar kamar kan..kasian lah masa pasutri dilarang menginap,shg harus mencari penginapan lain.
The boarding facilities are pretty good, the environment is good, close to the Grand Pramuka Square mall. But unfortunately the husband may not stay overnight even if only during the weekend, even though the bathroom is in the room, it should have minimized the husband and wife go out of the room right ... thankfully the couple was prohibited from staying overnight, so I had to find another lodging.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kamarnya kelihatan bersih dan bagus, tapi pemilik kos nya tdk ramah, tdk sabaran, dan kosan ini tdk rekomen bgt sih, walaupun harga nya sedikit murah untuk fasilitas tersebut. Namun, pelayanan pemilik kos so bad! Namanya juga mau tau lebih detail untuk info kosan, malah jutek HAHA. Tdk sesuai dg nama kosan nyaa.
The room looks clean and nice, but the owner of the boarding house is unfriendly, impatient, and the boarding house is not really recommended, even though the price is a little cheap for these facilities. However, the service of the boarding house owner is so bad! His name also wants to know in more detail for the boarding info, instead it is HAHA. Not according to the boarding name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman kost disini..kost muslimah yg nyaman, bersih...awal sangat senang.. tapi setelah bbrp lama jadi tidak nyaman lagi untk tetap tinggal karena penjaga kost yg nyebelin, suka jutek, uring2an ga jelas, dan bnyk yg lain tdk bs saya sebutkan detail..
Kost ini bagus..penghuninya jg baik2...hanya 1 kekurangannya penjaga kost yg ga layak... Terima kasih.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karena penghuni kost tsb adalah rata2 anak luar Jakarta, sehingga sering menggunakan alamat kami no.30 RT.01 RW.05, seharusnya alamat mereka yg benar adalah no.29/30 RT.05 RW.05 sehingga sering driver gojek/grab salah alamat.
Because the residents of the boarding house are mostly children from outside Jakarta, so they often use our address no. 30 RT. 01 RW. 05, their correct address should be no. 29/30 RT. 05 RW. 05, so often gojek/grab drivers have the wrong address. .
