★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kosan berasan rumah. Buka pintu kamar langsung pemandangan luar, pohonnya rindang bikin adem. Bapak dan ibu kosnya ramah. Depan kamar ada pohon rambutan, kalau pengen tinggal petik aja.
Kosan feels home. Open the room door directly to the outside view, the shady trees make it cool. The father and boarding house mother are friendly. In front of the room there is a rambutan tree, if you want to just pick it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kamar 3x4 th 2014 harga 2jt/th, 2018an kl gasalah uda 3jt/th mungkin.. Kosannya enak, kalo ujan bau ujannya berasa sampe kamar, pagi2 bisa buat olahraga depan kamar, kemana2 deket (cari makan sampe belanja harian), masjid jg deket, apotek deket, atm deket. Bapak ibu kosnya jg baikkk banget masyaAllah. Suka disuruh panen rambutan sendiri? kl malem taun baru ijin ngumpul sm temen2 (cewe) di kosan buat bebakaran isoke. Cm emg agak strict sama temen lain jenis kelamin (aka laki2). Kamar mandi luar, tapi nyaman kok, bikin aja piket bebersih. Ada dapur sm kulkas bersama jg. 4th disana betah banget, feels like my own home❤ apalagi dpt temen kosan yg supportive dan seru abis. Makasih Bapak/Ibu Wardhani?
Room 3x4 in 2014 the price is 2 million / year, 2018 if there is no problem, maybe 3 million / year maybe.. The boarding house is good, when it rains the smell of rain feels like it reaches the room, in the morning you can do sports in front of the room, everywhere is close (looking for food until daily shopping), the mosque is also close , near pharmacy, atm near. The boarding house is also very good, mashaAllah. I like being told to harvest rambutan myself when the new year's eve is allowed to gather with friends (girls) in the boarding house for isoke fire. Cm indeed a bit strict with friends of the other gender (aka male2). The bathroom is outside, but it's comfortable, just make the pickets clean. There is a shared kitchen and refrigerator too. The 4th year there is really comfortable, feels like my own home❤ especially when you get a supportive and fun boarding friend. Thank you Mr / Mrs Wardhani
