Sayang aja, parkir tidak terlalu luas. Jadi kadang parkir di pinggir jalan. Sedikit merepotkan.
Dekat dengan sawah dengan Ringroad Barat. Dekat dengan rsa ugm. Sayang agak jauh dari tempat/rumah makan. Mintalah kunci double jika tinggal bareng keluarga. Biar nggak kesulitan keluar masuk.
Oiya sekitar sini juga banyak pilihan penginapan. Bisa milih pake app.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed for 2 months here. A clean and homey place to stay in Jogja with a reasonable price (idr 1.5 million per month for a small bed & idr 1.8-2 million for a larger bed).

4. The rooms can be rented monthly or daily
5. Friendly residents
