- Lokasi yg strategis dekat dgn Stasiun Universitas Indonesia, Jarak dari kost ke jalan raya margonda sekitar 200m
- Banyak tempat makan, jajanan, hingga sembako grosir (sesuai kantong)
- Pemilik Kost Ramah, Simple & Informatif
- Banyak Portal disetiap Gang, bagi yg pulang larut malam bisa koordinasi dgn pemilik kost mengenai jalan alternatifnya
- The boarding house is clean & comfortable (not noisy from vehicle noise)
- Clear & odorless water conditions
- Parking for 2-wheeled vehicles is still safe
- Bathroom in good condition
- Small trash cans are provided at each boarding door
- Strategic location close to the University of Indonesia Station, the distance from the boarding house to the Margonda highway is about 200m
- Many places to eat, snacks, to wholesale groceries (according to pockets)
- Friendly, Simple & Informative Boarding Owner
- Many portals in every alley, for those who come home late at night can coordinate with the owner of the boarding house about the alternative way
