★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kostan yg sangat Rokemended.. Lokasi yg sngt strategis posisi bersebelahan dngn Warung Makan & Indomaret jd mmudahkan sgala aktifitas.. Akses ke Bandara jga sngat dekat Krna posisi kostan paling depan..
Kostannya jga bersih & tertata rapi Dapur nya bersih dsediakan kulkas .. Air galon Gratis serta Gas memasak jga gratis .. Listrik air gratis dn jga Wifi.. serta area ruangan kos yg cukup terang..
Area mencuci & Mnjemur pakaian yg cukup Luas serta Ruangan seterika pakaian juga dsediakan
Secara keseluruhan menurut saya sdh sngat memadai & memuaskan.. Bravo I Love it..
Very Rokemended boarding house .. Location which is very strategic position next to the Food Stalls & Indomaret so it facilitates all activities .. Access to the airport is also very close to Krna, the position of the boarding house at the front ...
The boarding house is also clean and neatly arranged The kitchen is clean, provided a refrigerator .. Free gallon water and free cooking gas .. Free water electricity and also Wifi .. and the boarding room area is quite bright ..
A large enough area for washing & drying clothes and ironing space for clothes is also provided
Overall in my opinion it is very adequate & satisfying .. Bravo I Love it

Comfortable & Clean Atmosphere, Available Facilities Shared Iron and TV room and a large laundry and laundry area, very close to restaurants and Indomaret 5 minutes to TOD M1 area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dulu kosan ini namanya KOS AERO RESIDENCE, sekarang ganti nama karena sudah ganti kepemilikan,
kalau dulu (akhir 2018 sampe mei 2019) :
. idr 1,100,000.00 perbulan perkamar
. kosannya agak kotor, sisa barang-barang lama, bantal guling lapuk yang entah dari kapan, tertumpuk di hampir semua tempat di luar kamar;
. pompa air listrik otomatis menyala saat stok air berkurang, tetapi tidak terlalu cepat dalam pengisian torrent airnya, jadinya stok airnya sangat terbatas kalau pagi dan atau weekend & penuh penghuninya, jadi kalau ada yang mandinya kesiangan suka gak kebagian air, mau bokerpun mikir-mikir;
. suka banyak kucing kampung yang masuk, sempet nemuin tai kucing di atas sofa di ruang tv
. kadang-kadang listrik prabayarnya habis jadi penghuni harus menghubungi pemilik kosan dan menunggu listriknya di-reload;
. ukuran kamar sempit, sebagian besarnya karena penempatan pintu kamar dan pintu kamar mandi yang tidak ditata dengan baik, serta ukuran kamar mandi yang terlalu besar, jadi :
.. kamar hanya muat untuk satu kasur single yang tidak bisa di ubah posisi portrait-landscape nya,
.. lemari yang ukurannya terlalu tinggi itu hanya bisa diletakkan di samping kasur tidak bisa ditaruh di depan pintu kamar mandi,
.. sholat di kamar hanya bisa dilakukan di atas kasur atau di depan pintu kamar mandi;
ada kompor gratis dengan gasnya-kulkas-setrikaan-tv kabel-jemuran pakaian untuk umum;
ac dingin, pintu pagar dan pintu kamar selalu terkunci, 4 potong pakaian dicuciin;
cuma beda 1 rumah dari warung makan pakde, cuma beberapa langkah ke indomaret;
kalo sekarang gak tau kondisinya gimana, mudah2an jadi lebih baik di tangan manajemen baru

. electric water pump automatically turns on when the water supply decreases, but not too fast in filling up the torrent water, so the water stock is very limited in the morning and / or weekend & full of residents, so if there is a bathroom that oversleeps like not getting water, want to think about it;
. like many native cats that come in, please find tai cats on the couch in the tv room
. sometimes the prepaid electricity runs out so the occupants have to contact the owner of the boarding house and wait for the electricity to be reloaded;
. the size of the room is narrow, mostly due to the placement of the bedroom door and the bathroom door that are not arranged properly, and the size of the bathroom is too large, so:
.. room only fits one single bed which cannot be changed in portrait-landscape position,
... the cabinet that is too high in size can only be placed next to the bed and cannot be placed in front of the bathroom door,
... praying in the room can only be done on the bed or in front of the bathroom door;
there is a free stove with gas-fridge-ironing-cable-tv clothesline for public use;
the air conditioner was cold, the gate and room door were always locked, 4 pieces of clothes were washed;
only 1 house apart from pakde food stalls, only a few steps to Indomaret;
if now do not know the conditions, how easy it would be better in the hands of new management
