Ada pagar tinggi didepan, selalu terkunci setiap jam malam. Penghuni kos diberi kunci masing-masing, sehingga kendaraan yang terparkir didalam sangat aman.
Komplain masyarakat sekitar dan beberapa penghuni kos, ada beberapa tamu & penghuni yang cukup sering ribut ketika sudah malam, mungkin hal ini sudah bisa diatasi sekarang, tapi alangkah lebih baik dipastikan kepada penjaga kos soal hal ini.
Girls boarding house 2 levels with many choices of facilities. There is an en suite bathroom, AC & Non AC.
There's a high fence out front, locked every hour of the night. The residents of the boarding house are given their own keys, so that vehicles parked inside are very safe.
