★ ★ ★ ★ ★ + lokasinya cukup strategis, terletak dekat dengan mall kelapa gading dan banyak opsi makanan untuk shari hari dari berbagai range harga, dan indomaret dapat diakses dengan berjalan kaki.
+ terletak di dalam komplek sehingga cukup tenang dan aman di malam hari
+ penjaga kosan yang ramah, sigap dan cekatan.
+ include listrik, wifi dan ada opsi kamar mandi luar maupun dalam.
+ kamarnya bersih dan penerangan memadai. Tidak jorok dan kamar mandi pun layak pakai. Tersedia laundry dan ada public kitchen yang bisa dipakai.
+ harga reasonable dan tergolong murah untuk di lokasi kelapa gading.
+ owner yang ramah dan helpful.
- layout antar kamar bisa berbeda beserta dengan perabotnya. Kebetulan kamar saya meja belajarnya masih bisa dipakai namun sudah agak terkesan lama. Begitu pula dengan lemari pakaian.
- air bersih sudah include, namun untuk kamar mandi luar, airnya kadang agak kecil terutama di jam sibuk.
 + the location is quite strategic, located close to the Kelapa Gading mall and many food options for shari'a from various price ranges, and Indomaret can be accessed on foot.
+ located in a complex so it is quite quiet and safe at night
+ boarding house guards who are friendly, alert and agile.
+ includes electricity, wifi and there are options for outside and inside bathrooms.
+ the rooms are clean and the lighting is adequate. Not dirty and the bathroom is also worth using. Laundry is available and there is a public kitchen that can be used.
+ the price is reasonable and relatively cheap for the Kelapa Gading location.
+ friendly and helpful owner.
- the layout between rooms may differ along with the furniture. Incidentally, my room's study table can still be used but it seems a bit old. So is the wardrobe.
- clean water is included, but for the outside bathroom, the water is sometimes a bit small, especially during rush hour.

Kos2annya bersih, koko nya ramah banget, mba kos nya jg support banget thdp apa yg dibutuhin anak kos..
Sekali masuk sini pasti bakal susah buat pindah..
Wifi juga lancar jaya..
