★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fasilitas cukup lengkap: KM dalam, wifi, dapur, jemuran, parkir motor. Namun dapur sering kotor. Sepertinya tidak rutin dibersihkan. Ada option AC dan non AC juga. Beberapa kamar mudah berdebu, beberapa lagi lebih lembab. Namun kebersihan kamar tergantung masing-masing penghuni. Affordable price.
The facilities are quite complete: KM inside, wifi, kitchen, clothesline, motorcycle parking. But the kitchen is often dirty. It doesn't seem to be cleaned regularly. There are AC and non AC options too. Some rooms are dusty, some are more humid. But the cleanliness of the rooms depends on each occupant. Affordable price.

Karna Penjaga tidak ada, Terpaksa Melempar Barangnya ke Dalam Pagar, Mendarat tepat di Halaman Rumah Kos ini.

(lantai 2&3 full diisi penghuni abadi)
Kamar saya di lantai 1, seminggu sekali didatengin hewan laknat si k3c0a
Ngeri banget asli, padahal pintu wc & pintu teras selalu sy tutup. Sy jaga kebersihan, sering nyapu ngepel, tp ttp aja.
Sampe trauma mau ke wc
Anak kamar lt 1 di pojok belakang, jorok banget !!!
Piring cucian alat masak jarang dicuci
Suka make alat masak punya orang tapi ga dicuci lagi ??
Syukurlah saya mau pindah kos ga ketemu mrk lg
Very friendly owner! But unfortunately, the remaining rooms are only on the 1st floor which is near the terrace + sewer :)
(floors 2 & 3 are full of permanent residents)
My room is on the 1st floor, once a week the cursed animal is visited by k3c0a
It's really scary, even though I always close the toilet door & patio door. I keep it clean, often sweep and mop, but still.
So traumatized going to the toilet
Children's room on the 1st floor in the back corner, really dirty!!!
Washing dishes for cooking utensils are rarely washed
I like to use someone else's cooking utensils but I don't wash them anymore
Thank God I want to move boarding, I can't find them anymore
