★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini adalah tempat kost yang fasilitasnya kalo untuk mahasiswa dan karyawan sih: lebih dari cukup. bayangkan, dengan biaya bulanan 550ribu, yes.. pure! 550rb sebulan! bisa dapetin akses wi-fi, berikut listrik, gas, tempat parkir yang aman (untuk motor), udah gak nambah apa apa lagi gan.. tapi saking favoritnya tempat ini, jarang ada kamar kosong gan, karena rata-rata pada betah dengan lingkungan dan fasilitas yang ada. bila agan memang benar-benar butuh pondokan, bisa konfirmasi ke TKP ya gan, nama ibu kostnya ibu Nuning, semoga beruntung gan and sis. ciaooo..
