★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kamar mandi di luar tapi ada yang bersihin tiap hari. Nyaman. Bersih. Tapi ada jam malamnya cuma sampe jam 9 weekdays dan jam 10/11 weekend hehehehehehehe
The bathroom is outside but some are cleaned every day. Comfortable. Clean. But there is only a curfew until 9 weekdays and 10/11 weekend hehehehehehehe

Menurut saya kost nya bersih soalnya ada yg bersih2 xixixi, akses strategis banget dr jalan raya aja keliatan pagarnya..
mau ke kfc, mirota, kampus ugm, mcd sudirman, phd tu deket tinggal jln kaki jg bisa.
fasilitas lengkap kasur, lemari, meja belajar, kursi, kmr mandi luar, setrika bersama, kulkas bersama, tv jg ada buat nonton bareng2..
ada wifi jugaaa..
menurut saya dgn harga 700rb/bulan sngt worth it dgn fasilitas yg ada dan strategis bgt, mau pulang jam 9 malam jalan kako jg ga takuuut.
Oiya, disini weekday gerbang tutup jam 9 malam, weekend jam 11 malam.
Lebih dr itu boleh izin ke ibu kost..

complete facilities mattress, wardrobe, study table, chairs, outdoor shower, shared iron, shared fridge, tv also available for watching together ..
there is wifi too ...
in my opinion, the price of 700 thousand / month is really worth it with the existing facilities and very strategic, I want to go home at 9 pm walking, not scared too.
Oh yes, here weekday the gates close at 9pm, weekends at 11pm.
More than that, permission can be given to the boarding house mother ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kost khusus putri,,Ibu pemiliknya disiplin dan galak jd saya gak kuatir kalo punya anak perempuan kos disini pasti aman,,tempat bersih nyaman jg disiapkan 1org asisten rt pengurus keperluan anak2 kost, dekat dgn UGM, mirota kampus swalayan kebutuhan hari2 juga warung2 makan yg murah dan enak...lokasi terlihat dr jln raya simanjuntak..
