★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice place to stay. Suasana kosan tenang, mobilitas sangat mudah walking distance ke MRT, Indomaret dan juga untuk beli makanan. Kamar dibersihkan tiap 2 minggu, laundry depan kosan. Pemilik kosan juga sangat baik!
 A nice place to stay. The atmosphere of the boarding house is calm, mobility is very easy, walking distance to the MRT, Indomaret and also to buy food. Rooms are cleaned every 2 weeks, laundry in front of the boarding house. The owner of the boarding house is also very nice!

Dapur di lantai 1, nyaman untuk masak dan makan bareng.
Pintu pagar dan utama 24 jam alias kami dikasih kunci masing-masing.
Kunci kamar smartkey, jadi no worries akan kehilangan kunci.
Kalo lupa password, tinggal tanya ibu kost aja.
Sinar matahari masuk kamar tinggal pilih, mau matahari pagi atau sunsetan.
Hening, nyaman banget untuk istirahat.
Lantai 3 bisa sunsetan, sambil liat MRT.
Ibu kost dan penjaga care.
Strategis.
Alhamdulillah dapet tetangga kost yg baik-baik.
Minus:
Sebagai anak yang ngga bisa masak, aku butuh microwave. tapi disini belum disediakan.
So far, homy bangeett. Nyaman dan betah.
Plus:
Kitchen on the 1st floor, convenient for cooking and eating together.
The gate and main gate are 24 hours aka we were given a key each.
Smartkey room key, so no worries about losing keys.
If you forget your password, just ask the boarding house.
The sunlight enters the room, you just have to choose, want the morning sun or sunset.
Quiet, very comfortable to rest.
The 3rd floor can sunset, while watching the MRT.
Boarding mother and care keeper.
Strategic.
Thank God I got good boarding house neighbours.
Minus:
As a kid who can't cook, I needed a microwave. but here it is not provided.
So far, really homey. Comfortable and comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is very clean, good location. Only takes 4 minutes walk from MRT Station Fatmawato. good air circulation with a big window can reach fresh air. I love the kitchen and dining room. Also can enjoy good view at the open air balcony at the 3fl. After the pandemic is over. I will come back to Homy Resd.

Most of the tenants are hard working people who need their own privacy as well.
The Landlord is very communicative, she will make sure you get all you need to settle down.
And one of the best thing about this place is the internet connection, high speed with stability.
Overall I highly recommend kost homy residence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister starts living here today and we are quite satisfied with the facilities given. Parking area is enough for 2 cars max. Nice bathroom and decoration (kinda grey and white ish which is quite nice). Only a short walk to the main road and the nearest Indomaret. But due to COVID, the left road is only accessible by pedestrians. Doesn't matter. Just jump the bar lol
