★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This boarding house is close by to the STAN Ceger Gate. Its inhabitants are the STAN students, especially for male student. It's a standard boarding house without air conditioner. It has a bathroom inside the rented room. You have to pay 1 year rent cost in advance. Wifi is available with extra monthly cost. Other monthly cost is cleaning fee and electricity (100K). The host provide laundry service with extra cost (200K).
The house is very close by to the As Syuhada Mosque. In front of the house is Ceger Raya Street, of which you can find many various shops, stalls, restaurants, stores etc along the street.
