Looks beautiful from the outside, the road takes one car only, many places to eat are easy to access. To the boarding house, I haven't entered lul ... Just leased XD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk harga perbulan segitu,itungannya termasuk murah, krn fasilitasnya bagus, parkir cukup 2mobil (didalem), pagernya 2 lapis berkode semua gemboknya, parkiran motor luas, kamar2nya byk dan beragam fasilitas dalamnya, kalo tempat adik saya di lt 2 dapet balkon, kamar mandi dalam bershower wc duduk, kasur bagus, ada lemari, meja, sm ornamen didinding buat naruh kosmetik2 gt. SAYANGNYAAAA, waktu sy kesana, krn ini kost putri, tp pas itu ada cowo bisa2nya masuk sampe kamar. Pdhl kata ade aku ada cctv nya. Cowo masuk kos cewe smpe kamar tu bener2 ganggu bgt buat warga kos yg lain apalagi yg terdekat.

Nyaman, hanya saja akses jalan agak terbatas, jalan menuju ke tempat ini hanya bisa dilewati satu mobil, parkir untuk motor luas, sedangkan parkir mobil bisa 2, atau maksimal 3. Dinding kamarnya berwarna hijau terang, sehingga menurut saya agak tidak nyaman dimata. Namun, kamar yang baru sudah diganti warna dindingnya. Tersedia dapur dengan kompor. Ada juga kulkas bersama. Erdapat ruang tamu bersama, namun kursinya tidak nyaman dipakai.
Per saat ini biaya untuk kamarnya non AC lt.2 sekitar 10 juta per tahun.
Terdapat rumah kecil yang disediakan sebagai penginapan untuk transit sebelum memasuki kos ataupun penginapan umum, terutama bagi orang tua penghuni kost yang berkunjung

The walls of the room are bright green, so in my opinion a little uncomfortable in the eyes. However, the new room has changed the color of the walls. There is a kitchen with a stove. There is also a shared fridge. There is a shared living room, but the chairs are uncomfortable.
As of now the cost for the non AC 2nd floor rooms is around 10 million per year.
There are small houses provided as lodging for transit before entering boarding or public lodging, especially for parents of boarding residents who visit
