Good, and comfortable place, rent there when there is an ICE BSD event, there is a free shuttle to ICE, so it's easier

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Understand that every place has their rules. But safety is not one of it. The owner keep changing the cleaning service personnel and it's a must for these people to enter the room you rent no matter what.
You pay for your bed but you have no privacy nor can take a nap during off day because someone will have to enter and clean your room. And you MUST open your door and wake up for them. Even during covid19 and none of them wear mask !!! Losing some of your belonging is considered as tenant carelessness. And several incidents were not taken care seriously. So I really don't recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cozy and nice place to stay with a reasonable price. Also, the owner is very friendly and kind. Love the interior, and all the facilities provided.
Recommended for weekly/monthly rent for one person or two. They have a shared kitchen & bathroom for 2 bedrooms. It’s much suitable for those who has private car since the location is a bit far from main BSD city area.
