★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fasilitasnya bagus untuk harga segitu, tapi kurangnya kunci untuk kamar terlalu rentan kalau menggunakan gembok kecil, tp saya yakin aman, untuk akses dkt bagus masuk untuk motor, tempatnya bersih terjaga, nyaman deh
the facilities are good for that price, but the lack of a key for the room is too vulnerable if you use a small padlock, but I'm sure it's safe, for good access for motorbikes, the place is clean and comfortable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat nya bersih, pemiliknya ramah, kamar lumayan nyaman, wifi lancar kipas lumayan kencang walupun ga terlalu dingin karena dalam ruangan. Tapi recommended lah buat yaang pengen liburan ke Jogja karena akses kemana" Enak dan pemilik juga bisa sediakan sewa motor

Sedikit mengecewakan, karna benar2 diluar ekspektasi. Rumah kecil, kotor, kamar juga sangat kecil, hanya disekat oleh triplek. sedikit kurang nyaman.
Memang lokasi lumayan strategis, dekat dengan pasar pathuk dan malioboro.
tetapi untuk mengulang lagi menginap disitu, sepertinya tidak.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sewa rumah dengan 2 kamar untuk 2 hari dengan harga relatif murah. Ownernya juga ramah.
Lokasi cukup dekat dengan Jl. Malioboro. Jalan kaki -/+ 5 menit sampai.
Sebenernya masalah rumahnya kecil atau aksesnya kalo bawa kendaraan sendiri susah juga ga masalah buat saya.
Minusnya adalah Saya sampai ke rumah sekitar jam 1an. Dan ownernya tidak ada ditempat pdhl saya sudah infokan saya sampai sana sekitar habis dhuhur.
Dan saya langsung disuruh masuk rumah, karena memang rumahnya tidak dikunci.
Begitu masuk rumah, saya cukup kaget dengan kondisi rumah yg kotor. Dari mulai ruang tengah, kamar yg besar, kamar yg kecil, dapur, juga kamar mandi kotor.
Bahkan masih ada sisa sampah di tempat sampah yg belum dibuang.
Yang saya apresiasi cuma kelengkapan alat dapur aja sih. Bisa dibilang cukup lengkap.

And I was immediately told to enter the house, because the house was not locked.
As soon as I entered the house, I was quite surprised by the dirty condition of the house. Starting from the living room, the big room, the small room, the kitchen, and the dirty bathroom.
There's even still trash in the trash that hasn't been disposed of.
What I appreciate is only the completeness of the kitchen utensils. You could say it's quite complete.
