★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommended. Why? Sudah bertahun-tahun kost disini dan belum ingin pindah. Akses mudah, dekat dengan halte busway Duren Tiga dan pangkalan ojek online. Taksi konvensional maupun taksi online dapat akses masuk ke dekat kost lewat gang Mampang 11 & 12 nya walaupun masih harus jalan sedikit untuk mencapai kosan. Misal harus pindahan dengan banyak barang, mobil pickup disarankan dari gang Mampang 12 saja. Fasilitas cukup dengan adanya kasur busa, listrik yang bebas pemakaian wajar (bawa elektronik berdaya besar seperti kulkas, dispenser, ada biaya tambahan ya), air juga sudah termasuk di biaya sewa bulanan. Pemilik/ibu kos sangat ramah dan cekatan apabila ada komplain mengenai sarana (listrik, kebocoran, dll).

Conventional taxis and online taxis have access to near the boarding house via the Mampang 11 & 12 alleys, although they still have to walk a little to reach the boarding house. For example, if you have to move with a lot of stuff, it is recommended that you pick up a pickup from the Mampang 12 alley. Facilities are sufficient with foam mattresses, electricity that is free of reasonable use (bring large-power electronics such as refrigerators, dispensers, there is an additional fee), water is also included in the monthly rental fee. The owner / housewife is very friendly and agile when there are complaints about the facilities (electricity, leaks, etc.).
