★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kos nya gedung baru, bersih dan nyaman bgt. Akses kemana2 jg dekat dan penjaga kos nya responsif kalo ada kendala. Udah jalan 4 bulan kos dsini
 The cost of the building is new, clean and very comfortable. Access everywhere is also close and the boarding housekeeper is responsive if there are problems. It's been 4 months of boarding here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommend banget sih kostnya. Kamarnya dan lingkungan kostnya bersih, fasilitas tergolong lengkap, suasananya juga nyaman. Lokasi kost dekat dengan berbagai fasilitas publik tetapi tetap nyaman dan tidak berisik untuk istirahat.
Really recommend the boarding. The rooms and the boarding environment are clean, the facilities are complete, the atmosphere is also comfortable. The location of the boarding house is close to various public facilities but still comfortable and not noisy for rest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kosannya cukup strategis antara Jakarta Pusat dan Jakarta Barat, kamarnya minimalis tapi pas dan nyaman, untuk harga yg murah sudah sangat lengkap fasilitasnya (water heater, ac, floating rack, lemari, meja, kursi, dapur bersama yg bersih dan nyaman). Ada fasilitas pembersihan kamar setiap sebulan sekali. untuk yg bekerja atau berkuliah di kawasan jakarta pusat dan jakarta barat.?
The boarding house is quite strategic between Central Jakarta and West Jakarta, the rooms are minimalist but fit and comfortable, for a cheap price, the facilities are very complete (water heater, air conditioner, floating rack, cupboard, table, chair, clean and comfortable shared kitchen). There is a room cleaning facility once a month. for those who work or study in the Central Jakarta and West Jakarta areas.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interior bagus dan kamar bersih. Setiap hari koridor kosan di pel dan di sapu, di semprot disinfektan juga. Water heater di masing2 kamar, AC juga ga pernah ada masalah. Cuma 1 aja, WiFi nya jauh lebih jelek dari indihome. Sangat ga rekomended buat yang kerja dan sekarang harus work from home. Karena percuma, koneksi mati nyala mati nyala. Jam 3 pagi juga masih mati nyala mati nyala. Dibanding kosan daerah binus / tanjung duren, disana masih bisa provide koneksi lebih baik dengan harga kosan yang hampir mirip.
Masing-masing kamar punya username dan password sendiri untuk WiFi, saya kira memang sudah di limit bandwidth masing-masing kamar. Baru kali ini saya nemu provider internet yang lebih jelek dari indihome.
Nice interior and clean rooms. Every day the boarding corridor is mopped and broomed, sprayed with disinfectant as well. Water heater in each room, AC has never had a problem either. Only 1, the WiFi is much worse than indihome. Highly not recommended for those who work and now have to work from home. Because it's useless, the connection turns off and on. At 3 in the morning it's still dead on and off. Compared to boarding houses in the Binus / Tanjung Duren area, they can still provide a better connection with almost similar boarding prices.
Each room has its own username and password for WiFi, I think it's already at the bandwidth limit of each room. Only this time I found an internet provider that is worse than indihome.

The location is near to many places: church, mosque, food courts, and public transportation centre as well as universities which help me a lot to be efficient in managing time in a day. The facilities are nice as hell, ♥️
