Penjaga kos ramah, mati lampu/air sesekali dengan pemberitahuan. Internet kadang oke, kadang lemot.
Negatif:
banyak ulat dari awal ngekos sampai terakhir keluar.
di awal di minta uang deposit, terakhir saat keluar di janjikan akan di trf oleh pak Reynaldo, tp tdk di trf. Di chat telp, di reject kemudian tdk pernah di angkat lagi (dengan alasan SUPER SIBUK). Bintang satu atas kelakuan minus pemilik.
Jd kalo di awal kalian ada kasih duit DP, relain aja.. ok?
Positive: the place is okay, there is parking space (for cars there is an additional fee),
Friendly boarding housekeeper, occasional blackout/water with notification. Internet is sometimes okay, sometimes slow.
Negative:
many caterpillars from the beginning of the boarding to the last out.
at the beginning asked for a deposit, the last time when he came out he was promised to be transferred by Mr. Reynaldo, but not sent. In phone chat, rejected then never picked up again (with the reason SUPER BUSY). One star for the minus behavior of the owner.
So if at the beginning, you give DP money, just let it go... ok?
